    摘要: A medical treatment apparatus includes an energy source which applies energy to living tissues, a first treating portion which joins the living tissues together, a second treating portion which is interposed between the living tissues and which removes surface portions of tissues in the joint surfaces of the living tissues, a detecting portion, and a controller. The first treating portion includes at least a pair of holding members having holding surfaces to hold the living tissues, and an energy output unit which is provided on the holding surfaces of the holding members and which join the living tissues together when energy is applied thereto from an energy source. The detecting portion detects biological information regarding the living tissues held by the pair of holding members. The controller controls outputs from the energy output unit in accordance with the biological information regarding the living tissues obtained by the detecting portion.

    摘要: A treatment system includes an energy source, a pair of holding portions, an output portion and a cooling section. To hold a living tissue of a treatment target, at least one of the pair of the holding portions relatively moves with respect to the other holding portion. The output portion is disposed on at least one of the holding portions and connected with the energy source. Moreover, the output portion thermally denatures the living tissue, when the energy is supplied from the energy source. The cooling section inhibits the thermal spread in a direction away from the output portion.

    摘要: An object of the present invention is to obtain musical tones being equivalent to those of an acoustic guitar with a hollow body with only an electric guitar with a solid body. For the sake of attaining this object, the effecting system according to the present invention is composed of an absolute value detecting means for detecting absolute values of musical tone signals in response to oscillations of the strings, a delay time setting means for setting a delay time based on the absolute values detected by the above described absolute value detecting means, and a delay means for delaying the above described musical tone signals by the delay time which was set by the above described delay time setting means.
