    摘要: A rotor (10) for a rotary electric machine has a plurality of magnetic poles (24) provided at intervals, in a circumferential direction, at the outer periphery of a rotor core (12). Each of the magnetic poles (24) has a first permanent magnet (26) buried in the center of the magnetic pole, and a pair of second permanent magnets (28) that are buried on both sides of the first permanent magnet (26) in the circumferential direction, and that are disposed such that a mutual spacing between the pair of the second permanent magnets (28) becomes narrower inward in the radial direction. A narrowest spacing between the pair of second permanent magnets (28) is set to be wider than a longitudinal-direction width of the first permanent magnet (26) in a magnetic path region (30) that is defined by the first permanent magnet (26) and the pair of second permanent magnets (28).

    摘要: A plurality of magnetic poles are disposed at intervals, in a circumferential direction, at an outer periphery of a rotor core. Each magnetic pole has a pair of permanent magnets disposed spaced apart from each other in the circumferential direction, and a magnetic flux suppression hole that suppresses flow of magnetic flux and that is formed extending on the inward side in the radial direction, between inner-periphery-side end portions of each permanent magnet. The magnetic flux suppression hole is formed of two first holes respectively communicating with magnet insertion holes into which the permanent magnets are inserted, and a second hole that is formed between the first holes with bridge portions interposed therebetween. An outer-periphery-side end portion of the second hole is positioned further outward than an imaginary straight line that passes through the inner-periphery-side end portions of the pair of permanent magnets.

    摘要: Provided is a rotor for a rotating electrical machine which is capable of minimizing increases in eddy current losses via a magnet, while making insulating film processing of the surface of the magnet unnecessary. The rotor for the rotating electrical machine includes: a rotor core having a magnet insertion hole extending inside; a magnet inserted in the magnet insertion hole; and an insulating filler which is filled between the inner wall of the magnet insertion hole and the magnet so as to secure the magnet. The magnet is secured by the filler in such a manner that the surface of the magnet inside the magnet insertion hole is in an inclined position with respect to the extending direction of the inner wall of the magnet insertion hole.

    摘要: A rotary electric machine configured with a stator, rotor, and permanent magnets disposed in an inverted V-shape that becomes gradually narrower from a side of a center of rotation of the rotor. The rotor is provided with a plurality of support portions that extend radially about the center of rotation, and gap portions are respectively formed in correspondence with the plurality of support portions at positions spaced by a predetermined distance from an edge portion of the permanent magnets in a flowing direction of magnetic flux between the permanent magnets and the stator. The gap portions are formed to have such a length that causes magnetic saturation during generation of low torque in a low-current state and that causes no magnetic saturation during generation of maximum torque in a high-current state in which electricity at a high current is supplied to the stator coil.
