    摘要: A disc brake which can suppress pad vibration includes an outer pad which while contacting the disc rotor is turned such that the side wall of a guide groove in a support arm on the outer peripheral side abuts with the side face of a projecting section on the outer peripheral side of the pad. A pad support is positioned between the guide groove and the projecting section. The pad support includes a supporting portion, an urging portion and a connecting portion. A projection is provided in the region a little to the bottom of the guide groove on the side face of the projecting section on the outer peripheral side.

    摘要: A disk brake has a mount and a pad. The pad has a guide portion and outer and inner push bearing portions on a disk rotor rotation outlet side. The mount has a support portion to support the guide portion movably in a rotor axial direction. The outer and inner push bearing portions are provided on each position outwardly or inwardly of the rotor rotation outlet side guide portion in the radial direction of the rotor, and project toward the mount in the radial direction of the rotor to abut against the mount. The outer push bearing portion has an abutment surface to abut against the mount on a tangent to an outer peripheral side in a central position of the outer peripheral side of a friction surface of the pad radially outwardly in the radial direction of the rotor, or in a position outwardly of the tangent.

    摘要: One aspect of the invention includes a disc brake including a pad and a supporting member movably supporting the pad. The supporting member includes a pair of torque receiving portions adjacent to ends of the pad for regulating movement of the pad in two circumference directions of a disc rotor. A first bias member is disposed between the pad and the supporting member and is capable of biasing the pad at all times from a side of the one torque receiving portion toward the other torque receiving portion. A second bias member is disposed between the pad and the supporting member and is capable of biasing the pad toward the other torque receiving portion only when the pad moving toward the one torque receiving portion. In addition, the first bias member and the second bias member bias different portions of the pad.

    摘要: A disc brake device includes flat springs assembled in a support body and holding the brake pad back plates. The flat springs have a C-shaped part provided with: a connection surface part comprising a pad-receiving surface part; an outer circumferential surface part extending along the rotor circumferential direction from the end region of the connection surface part in the rotor radially outward direction; and an inner circumferential surface part extending along the rotor circumferential direction from the end region of the connection surface part in the rotor radially inward direction. Each flat spring also has a tongue-shaped part that: extends towards the connection surface part from the tip region of the inner circumferential surface part in the rotor circumferential direction; elastically engages an inner circumferential wall of a recess at a tip region of the tongue-shaped part; and biases the pad-receiving surface part towards a base wall of the recess.
