    摘要: Provided is a control apparatus for an internal combustion engine, capable of improving a response characteristic of a PID feedback control, including: an oil pressure regulating valve having a solenoid; a variable cam phase mechanism for changing a cam phase; and an ECU for controlling the oil pressure regulating valve. The ECU includes: an actual cam phase detecting unit for detecting the cam phase; a target cam phase setting unit for setting a target cam phase; an output duty calculating unit for calculating an output duty; a feedback control unit for controlling the cam phase via the output duty calculating unit with PID feedback control; a coil temperature detecting unit for detecting a temperature of a coil; a circuit resistance calculating unit for calculating a resistance of an electric circuit by correcting a resistance of the coil based upon the temperature of the coil; and an integral term initial value calculating unit for calculating a holding output duty based upon the resistance of the electric circuit. When an integral term is initialized, the feedback control unit sets the holding output duty as the integral term.

    摘要: Provided is a control apparatus for an internal combustion engine which controls the internal combustion engine in such a manner as to prevent excessive overshoot of an actual phase angle at a time of phase angle feedback control. The control apparatus for an internal combustion engine includes: a unit for detecting an actual phase angle of a camshaft based on a crank angle signal and a cam angle signal; a unit for setting a target phase angle of the camshaft based on an operational state; and a unit for performing phase angle feedback control calculation such that the actual phase angle coincides with the target phase angle, to calculate an amount of operation for the hydraulic pressure control solenoid valve, in which: the phase angle feedback control calculation is started for a first time after a KEY is turned ON with an initial value of an integral term set to a predetermined value; the phase angle feedback control calculation is performed using a control gain obtained by multiplying a control gain at a time of normal control when a control difference is equal to or larger than a preset value during the phase angle feedback control; and the phase angle feedback control calculation is performed using the control gain at the time of normal control when the control difference is smaller than the preset value during the phase angle feedback control.

    摘要: A valve timing control apparatus for an internal combustion engine can be improved in accuracy in the detection of valve timing (cam angles). A crank angle sensor generates a crank angle signal in the form of a train of pulses. Cam angle changing parts change phases of camshafts relative to a crankshaft. Cam angle sensors generate cam angle signals. A reference crank angle detection part detects reference crank angles based on the crank angle signal. Cam angle calculation parts calculate the cam angles of the camshafts based on the crank angle signal and the cam angle signals. A cam angle control part controls the relative phases of the camshafts to the crankshaft so as make them coincide with target cam angles corresponding to operating conditions of the engine. A cam angle calculation part calculates the cam angles by counting the number of pulses of the crank angle signal.

The system includes actuators (15, 16) coupled to cam shafts (15C, 16C), hydraulic pressure supply units (19, 20) for driving the actuators (15; 16), and a controller (21A) for controlling a hydraulic pressure for the actuators (15, 16) in dependence on engine operation states to change phase of the cam shafts (15C; 16C) relative to a crank shaft. The actuator (15; 16) includes a locking mechanism (155, 157) for setting the relative phase to a lock-up position, and an unlocking mechanism (156) for releasing the locking mechanism in En response to a predetermined hydraulic pressure. The controller (21A) sets the relative phase to the lock-up position in a starting operation, while controlling the relative phase to be advanced in an engine state succeeding to the starting operation.
