摘要： A vehicle presence notification apparatus may include a dynamic speaker for radiating a notification sound from a vehicle in an audible frequency, and a sound pressure supplement unit is provided to control a sound pressure of the notification sound. The apparatus may further include a parametric speaker for generating a supersonic sound of the notification sound from a supersonic sound generation unit. The supersonic sound is emitted from a sound emission opening. The parametric speaker may further include a reflected sound pressure detecting unit for detecting a sound pressure generated by a reflection of the supersonic sound from the sound emission opening. The sound pressure supplement unit increases the sound pressure of the notification sound radiated by the dynamic speaker based on the sound pressure detected by the reflected sound pressure detecting unit.

The housing has an ultrasonic emission port for emitting the ultrasonic wave from the ultrasonic emission device outward therethrough. A louver is equipped to the ultrasonic emission port. The louver includes multiple louver boards, which are distant from each other. Two of the multiple louver boards adjacent to each other form a clearance therebetween. 摘要： A vehicle existence notification apparatus disposed in a vehicle includes a sound wave generation unit that transmits a sound wave to an area outside of the vehicle, and a control unit that controls the sound wave generation unit to generate a notification sound. The control unit generates a stopping-vehicle notification sound for notifying existence of a stop condition of the vehicle, and generates a moving-vehicle notification sound for notifying existence of a traveling condition of the vehicle. The simulated idling sound enables a pedestrian to recognize the vehicle when the vehicle is in a stop condition, and the simulated moving-vehicle sound enables the pedestrian to recognize the vehicle when the vehicle is in a traveling condition.

摘要： All the components constituting an air-intake module for an internal combustion engine, including an air cleaner for cleaning air and manifold pipes for distributing air into each cylinder of the engine, are integrated in a single unit. A mounting flange connected to engine side ends of the manifold pipes is fixed to the engine for mounting the air-intake module as a whole. The air cleaner and other components of the module are located under the mounting flange and the manifold pipes, so that the mounting of the module is not obstructed by components constituting the module. An air cleaner element for filtering the intake air is slidably inserted into the air cleaner at a position where the element can be easily serviced from the outside of the module without dismounting any components of the module.

摘要： A vehicle presence notification apparatus generates a notice sound by emitting an ultrasonic wave in mid air based on an ultrasonic signal modulated according to an audible sound. During proceeding in mid air, the modulated ultrasonic wave is self-demodulating to become an audible sound. The audible sound posterior to the self-demodulation has a significant directionality like the ultrasonic wave. The notice sound is thus conveyed mainly to a pedestrian who is present in a dangerous area range where a danger needs to be taught. In addition, the vehicle presence notification apparatus includes a sensor-use ultrasonic transducer device having a transducers. The transducer device serves as a vehicle velocity sensor by transmitting an ultrasonic wave towards a road surface based on an ultrasonic wave signal or modulated ultrasonic wave, thereby enabling the vehicle presence notification apparatus to acquire vehicle velocity information by itself.
