    摘要: A mechanical key code verification system including a mechanical key and a lock apparatus into which the mechanical key is inserted. The mechanical key includes a key body. A key code pattern formed on the key body includes a plurality of recessed portions and a plurality of non-recessed portions. A wireless communication mechanism is incorporated in the key body which performs wireless communication with a communication device. The wireless communication device including an antenna arranged on the key body. The lock apparatus mechanically verifies the key code pattern of the mechanical key when the mechanical key is inserted therein. The recessed portions of the key code pattern of the mechanical key is located inward from the antenna on the key body.

    摘要: A vehicle electronic portable key system including a master key and sub-key. A retainer is arranged in the vehicle to retain the sub-key. A control unit determines whether the master key or sub-key is located in a vehicle interior or exterior wireless communicatable area. When the key is located in one of the wireless communicatable areas, the control unit permits various operations of the vehicle in accordance with the communicable area in which the key is located. The control unit determines that the sub-key is in a lent state if the sub-key is removed from the retainer when the master key is located in the interior wireless communicatable area. In a state in which the sub-key is located in one of the wireless communicatable areas after removal from the retainer, the control unit limits the operations of the vehicle unless the sub-key is determined as being in the lent state.

    摘要: A vehicle electronic portable key system including a master key and sub-key. A retainer is arranged in the vehicle to retain the sub-key. A control unit determines whether the master key or sub-key is located in a vehicle interior or exterior wireless communicatable area. When the key is located in one of the wireless communicatable areas, the control unit permits various operations of the vehicle in accordance with the communicable area in which the key is located.     摘要: A key case comprises three parts, a center body, a first case piece, and a second case piece. The center body has a first cavity which side facing the first case piece is opened. The second case piece has four tabs extending toward the first case piece at positions substantially opposite to the peripheral surface of the first cavity. Each tab includes a claw on its distal end. The center body has apertures through which the corresponding tabs can pass therethrough. Following to each aperture, a groove and a shoulder are formed in the peripheral surface of the first cavity. A wireless module is contained in the first cavity while claws pass through the corresponding apertures to be engaged with the shoulders. The wireless module is sized to prevent the claws from disengaging from the shoulders.

    摘要: A lighting device for a zigzag-operated shift lever, wherein an indicator plate is light-transmissible, the indicator plate has a two-layer structure having an upper member, in which the upper surface other than the area of a position indicator is shaded and the position indicator is illuminated by lighting means, and a lower member, in which the light from the lighting means is transmitted to the peripheral portion of a operation groove at the indicator plate so that the peripheral portion of the operation groove is illuminated. A portion of the light from the lighting means passes through the upper member so that the position indicator is illuminated. Because nothing shades the upper surface of the lower member, the remaining portion of the light is repeatedly reflected by the border between the upper and lower members and by the lower surface of the lower member. The light is transmitted to the peripheral portion of the operation groove within the lower member. As a result, the area of the position indicator, the side surfaces of the operation groove at the driver's seat side and the front passenger's seat side are illuminated.

    摘要: A gearshift device for an automatic transmission that prevents inadvertent gearshift operations. The gearshift device includes a shaft-shaped gearshift member partially exposed from a housing so as to be rotatable relative to the housing about a rotation axis and movable sidewards in at least a first direction that intersects the rotation axis. The gearshift member is rotated to a plurality of rotation positions respectively corresponding to the gear positions of the automatic transmission. A movement restriction unit permits movement of the gearshift member in the first direction only when the gearshift member is rotated to a selected one of the rotation positions to determine shifting to the gear position corresponding to the selected one of the rotation positions. A control unit provides the automatic transmission with a gearshift control signal corresponding to the selected one of the rotation positions.
