    摘要: A radiation measuring device capable of identifying the incident direction of a radiation ray and energy (segmentation). The directivity characteristics of a plurality of detectors are different from each other. A plurality of energy segmentations are set respectively for a plurality of spectra corresponding to a plurality of detectors, and actual measurement ratio information (a plurality of actual measurement counting ratios) expressing the mutual ratio between integrated counting values for each energy segmentation is computed. The actual measurement ratio information is checked against a plurality of response functions, and, when the compatibility relation between specific actual measurement ratio information and specific theoretical ratio information is found, the incident direction of a radiation ray and an energy segmentation are identified based on that relation.

In particular, system changes a first drive force/accelerator actuation relationship to a second drive force/accelerator actuation relationship based on a vehicle running condition that was detected so that the driver more readily notices the haptic notification (e.g., an accelerator actuation reaction force) when the haptic notification is being applied to the accelerator to alert the driver under the prescribed conditions.

    摘要: In a racing game machine, a traveling field, on which platen dots are provided, extends below a racing track. A plurality of self-propelled members are provided on the traveling field. Each self-propelled member includes a first linear motor a second linear motor for propelling the self-propelled member in an arbitrary direction on the traveling field, and includes a first magnet provided in an upper portion thereof. A plurality of miniature members are provided on the racing track to be raced with each other, while being associated with the respective self-propelled members. Each miniature member includes front wheels and rear wheels provided on a bottom face thereof for supporting the miniature member on the racing track. The front wheels are provided as caster wheels. A second magnet is provided in a front side of the caster wheels while being magnetically coupled with the first magnet.

    摘要: A semiconductor device includes an active section for a main current flow and a breakdown withstanding section for breakdown voltage. An external peripheral portion surrounds the active section on one major surface of an n-type semiconductor substrate. The breakdown withstanding section has a ring-shaped semiconductor protrusion, with a rectangular planar pattern including a curved section in each of four corners thereof, as a guard ring. The ring-shaped semiconductor protrusion has a p-type region therein, is sandwiched between a plurality of concavities deeper than the p-type region, and has an electrically conductive film across an insulator film on the surface thereof. Because of this, it is possible to manufacture at low cost a breakdown withstanding structure with which a high breakdown voltage is obtained in a narrow width, wherein there is little drop in breakdown voltage, even when there are variations in a patterning process of a field oxide film.
