    摘要: A visible light curable resin composition containing a photocurable resin, a photoreaction initiator and a photosensitizer having the formula (1). The composition has a very high sensitivity to a general-purpose visible light laser, so that a high-speed scanning exposure is possible by the laser, and an extremely fine high resolution can be obtained. In addition, the composition can be used for coating or printing under safelight irradiating conditions and under bright circumstantial conditions without any thickening of the composition, and hence the composition can exert excellent noticeable effects in points of safe operativity, operational efficiency and the stability of products. Formula (1) is as follows: ##STR1## wherein rings X.sub.1 and X.sub.2 are each an optionally substituted pyrrole ring; Y is H, CN, optionally substituted alkyl, aralkyl, aryl, heteroaryl or alkenyl group; and Z.sub.1 and Z.sub.2 are halogen, optionally substituted alkyl, alkoxy, alkylthio, aralkyl, aralkyloxy, aryl, aryloxy, arylthio, heteroaryl, heteroaryloxy or heteroarylthio group, provided that at least one of substituents on the pyrrole rings X.sub.1 and X.sub.2, groups Z.sub.1 and Z.sub.2 is the alkoxy, aralkyloxy or aryloxy group.

    摘要: The present invention relates to an optical recording medium having a recording layer, a reflective layer and a protective layer on a substrate, wherein a quinophthalone compound represented by the following formula (1) is contained in the above recording layer. The use of the quinophthalone compound or a mixture of the quinophthalone compound and a photoabsorbing compound having an absorption maximum in a wavelength falling in a range of 550 to 900 nm in the recording layer makes it possible to provide an interchangeable optical recording medium not only capable of recording and reproducing with a laser having a wavelength falling in a range of 480 to 600 nm, but is also capable of recording and reproducing with red lasers having wavelengths of 630 nm and 680 nm and a near infrared laser having a wavelength of 780 nm. ##STR1##

    摘要: There is here disclosed a method for preparing an alkoxyphthalocyanine represented by the formula (1): ##STR1## wherein each of Rs is independently a secondary alkyl group having 3 to 20 carbon atoms, Met is a divalent metal atom or an oxy metal, and the substitution positions of -ORs are the 1- or 4-position, the 5- or 8-position, the 9- or 12 position, and the 13- or 16-position, which comprises the steps of heating a mixture of 3-alkoxyphthalonitrile and an organic base in an alcohol to 90.degree.-120.degree. C., adding a metal derivative at the same temperature, and then carrying out reaction, or alternatively the step of reacting a mixture of a 1,3-diimino-4-alkoxyisoindoline and a metal derivative in the presence or absence of an organic base in an aliphatic alcohol having 6 or more carbon atoms. In addition, the ratio of isomers of the alkoxyphthalocyanine can be controlled by regulating the addition time of the organic base.
