    摘要: The coordinates inputting apparatus comprises two light sources provided on different positions on the touch panel, reflection members which recursively reflect the light, and light-receiving sections which receive the light and detect whether the light was cut at certain position on the touch panel. The light sources output the light at certain angle with the touch panel surface (that is, the light is not parallel to the touch panel). The light output from the light source is reflected by the touch panel, then recursively reflected by the reflection members, once more reflected by the touch panel and finally enters into light-receiving sections.

    摘要: A coordinates detection apparatus comprises two optical units each having a light emitter, a diffusion lens, a read lens, and a light-receiver. The optical units are provided at different positions on the border of a display surface. The light-emitter and light-receiver in each optical unit are so located that their optic axes are coincident. A recursive reflection section reflects the light emitted from the light-emitter and diffused by the diffusion lens in a fan form towards the light-emitter. The coordinates of a point specified on the display surface are detected by focusing the light reflected on the reflection section with the read lens, receiving the reflected light with the light-receiver, and determining the position where reception of the light is hindered.

    摘要: The coordinate-position input device has a frame with a reflecting member for recursively reflecting light provided in an inner side from four edges of the frame forming a rectangular form.     摘要: A vapor deposition device includes a vapor deposition chamber, a heating chamber, a mixing chamber, a first reservoir for storing trichlorosilane gas, and a second reservoir for storing silane gas that reacts with hydrochloric acid gas. The heating chamber communicates with the first reservoir and the mixing chamber, heats the trichlorosilane gas and then supplies the heated gas to the mixing chamber. The mixing chamber communicates with the second reservoir and the vapor deposition chamber, mixes the heated gas supplied from the heating chamber and the silane gas and then supplies the mixed gas to the vapor deposition chamber. A temperature in the heating chamber is higher than a temperature in the mixing chamber.
