    摘要： A composition of matter comprising a resin obtained by a process comprising reacting at an elevated temperature an epoxidized ester of an unsaturated fatty acid with an aliphatic alcohol with a resin acid is provided. The equivalent ratio of epoxy groups of said epoxidized ester to carboxyl groups of said resin acid is in the range from 1.5:1 to 0.01:1. The resin is useful as a tackifier for adhesives and has a reduced tendency to crystallize.

    摘要： A binder mixture for stoving lacquers comprising A) at least one alkyd resin; and B) at least one poly-N-acyl alkyleneimine prepared by cationic polymerization of a monomer mixture ofa) from 10 to 90% by weight of at least one monomer corresponding to formula (I): ##STR1## in which Z is a direct bond or the group CR.sup.5 R.sup.6, R.sup.1 to R.sup.4 can be the same or different and represent H or a C.sub.1-8 alkyl group, R.sup.5 and R.sup.6 can be the same or different and represent H or a C.sub.1-2 alkyl group, R.sup.7 is a hydroxyl-containing alkyl or alkylene group of a hydroxycarboxylic acid containing 2 to 32 carbon atoms,b) from 90 to 10% by weight of at least one monomer corresponding to formula (II): ##STR2## in which Z and R.sup.1 to R.sup.6 are as defined above and R.sup.8 is the radical of an aromatic monocarboxylic acid, andc) from 0 to 80% by weight of at least one monomer corresponding formula (III): ##STR3## in which Z and R.sup.1 to R.sup.6 are as defined above, and R.sup.9 represents a non-hydroxy-substituted aliphatic radical of a carboxylic acid.
