    摘要: A waste-heat tank which is constructed as a pressure tank, is charged with coolant, and is connected after a pressure gasification. The waste-heat tank has a cooled feed device or tubular-fin-tubular construction which includes an ash container. The waste-heat tank also has a gas/liquid heat exchanger which includes equally long tubular elements which serve as heat transfer surfaces and are integrated into tubular or planar wall units. Each element of the tubular elements is formed of a tube having an axis which is located extending generally parallel to the container axis of the waste-heat tank. Each element itself is guided in a winding manner. Each tube opens via a feed tube into the finger-like end portion of the feed device. The finger-like end portion is coated with refractory material. Each tube is arranged in an individual tubular or channel-like chamber about a polygonal, preferably hexagonal, tubular or channel-like inner space arrangement.

    摘要: An apparatus for dry removal of hot residues resulting from a gasification of coal or carbon-containing solid materials in the lower region or a shaft-like fluid flow gasification reactor which is operated under pressure in downward flow. A wall-heating surface, having upward flow therethrough and having a tube-fin-tube construction, is disposed parallel to and on the inner side of the insulation of the pressure tank wall. This wall-heating surface tapers in the manner of a funnel from a large cylindrical diameter to a small cylindrical diameter. The wall-heating surface has a constricted throat, and thereafter passes over from the cylindrical cross section to the cross section of a four-cornered chamber. Inlet openings are located directly ahead of and at the narrowest point of the constricted throat for cold, clean product gas which is used as fluidizing and cooling gas. A size-reducing and conveying device in the form of two cooled crushing rings which operate in opposite directions is disposed after the constricted throat. Convection heating surfaces provided with small tube intervals are tied into the cooling medium circulation for the wall-heating surface. A shutoff or charging system is disposed directly below the entry region or the cooled wall-heating surface.

    摘要: A radiation cooling unit for cooling dust-laden gas. At least one cylindrical radiation heat transfer surface is disposed in a tank adjacent to, and extending essentially along the length of, an inner wall of the tank. First knock-or impact-beating devices disposed externally of the tank act upon the cylindrical heat transfer surface through the wall of the tank. A plurality of essentially radially and axially extending, partition-like radiation heat transfer surfaces are disposed within a free space in the tank, and each comprise axially extending tubes and at least one header. Second knock- or impact-beating devices are disposed externally of the tank, extend through the cylindrical heat transfer surface, and act upon radially outwardly disposed edges of the partition-like heat transfer surfaces, with the length-to-width ratio of the latter being such that they are adapted to be accelerated and cleaned by the second knock- or impact-beating devices. The partition-like radiation heat transfer surfaces are preferably radially distributed about the periphery of the cooling unit.

    摘要: A method and apparatus including a connection element for transfer of knock- or impact-beating energy from a mechanically, hydraulically or pneumatically driven knock- or impact-beating device upon heating or cooling surfaces to be cleaned intermittently. The heating or cooling surfaces are installed in a container or vessel driven and operated on the gas side at an elevated pressure compared with respect to the atmospheric environmental pressure. The heating or cooling surfaces have external flow of hot, dust-laden gases thereagainst. The knock- or impact-beating device is fastened externally of the pressure container. In the region of the knock- or impact-beating energy transferring from the knock- or impact-beating device as far as to the heating or cooling surface to be cleaned there is applying of a counter gas pressure during energy transfer as to the higher container-gas pressure otherwise preventing or precluding the energy transfer; the container-gas pressure is countered with a gas pressure of equal magnitude which is communicating or non-communicating with respect thereto. A pressure equalizing or balancing connection element is inserted or connected between the mechanically, pneumatically or hydraulically operated and driven knock- or impact-beating device and the heating or cooling surface to be cleaned. This connection element collectively includes the housings, the energy transfer element and a shut-off or blocking element. A compensating or equalizing passage connecting both of the pressure chambers of the pressure container is provided with the energy transfer element and sealing elements are provided to separate the pressure chambers from each other and to seal against the housings.

    摘要: A gas/liquid, parallel flow heat exchanger in a waste-heat tank which is constructed as a pressure tank, is charged with coolant, and is connected after a pressure gasification. The waste-heat tank includes conduit-like elements of equal length which serve as heat transfer surfaces and are installed in conduit-like components or wall units. The wall units divide the interior of the waste-heat tank into regions having upwardly and downwardly directed fluid flow. A central, coaxial, polygonal, preferably hexagonal, cylindrical displacement body is provided, with the number of surfaces of the displacement body depending upon the number of heat transfer surface elements. Also provided are wall units which project out of the wall of the container of the waste-heat tank into the interior thereof across from the corners of the polygonal displacement body. Cylindrical displacement bodies are located centrally between the corners of the polygonal displacement body on an imaginary circle. The heat transfer surface elements, in turn, are coaxially arranged about these cylindrical displacement bodies.
