    摘要: A rotor balance structure, which comprises a vane shell, a rotor case installed on the inner side of the vane shell, and a magnet installed on the inner side of the rotor case. The rotor is coupled with a stator, which comprises a coil and a magnetic conduction silicon steel set. When the coil on the stator is provided with an electrical current and generates a magnetic field, the magnet is attracted through the magnetic conduction silicon steel set to rotate the rotor balance structure. The feature of the rotor balance structure of the present invention is in that a magnetically conductive plate is included and installed under the inner side of the vane shell top. The magnetically conductive plate does not have any magnetic conduction with the rotor case but has an attractive magnetic interaction with the coil so that the rotational balance of the rotor balance structure can be improved.

The motor includes a base provided with a bearing seats, a stator fixed to the base, a rotor equipped with a rotation shaft and able to rotate relative to the stator by magnetic forces generated from excitation, a bearing fastened to the bearing seat of the base for accommodating the rotation shaft of the rotor, and a magnetic unit composed of a first, a second and a third magnetic elements. The second magnetic element is located below the first magnetic element. The third magnetic element is located below the second magnetic element. By employing the magnetic force, the second magnetic element is restrained between the first and third magnetic elements, thereby limiting a shift range of the rotation shaft.

    摘要: A fan motor speed control circuit is disclosed. The circuit includes a digital/analog converting unit and a driving unit. The digital/analog converting unit takes charge of receiving a pulse width modulation (PWM) signal and converting it into a voltage signal. The driving unit is connected with the digital/analog converting unit in series for receiving the voltage signal, while the driving unit provides a first predetermined voltage level and a second predetermined voltage level as references. The fan motor is kept to run with a low constant rotation speed when the voltage signal level is higher than the first predetermined voltage level, with a full constant rotation speed when the voltage signal level is lower than the second predetermined voltage level, and with a variable rotation speed when the voltage signal level is lower than the first predetermined voltage level and higher than the second predetermined voltage level.

    摘要: This specification discloses a serial fan comprising a plurality of rotor vanes, one or more supports and a frame. Each of the rotor vanes comprises an inlet, an outlet, and one or more blades. Each support supports at least one of the rotor vanes so that the corresponding rotor vane can rotate thereon. The frame connects all the supports. The rotor vanes are connected in series in the axial direction, and the design of each of the rotor vanes is such that the velocity vector of the air relative to one of the blades on the outlet side of the ith rotor vane plus the velocity vector of the blade of the (i+1)th rotor vane relative to that of the ith rotor vane gives the incoming velocity vector of the air relative to the (i+1)th rotor vane. This vector is essentially parallel to the extension direction of the blade on the inlet side of the (i+1)th rotor vane. Here, i is a natural number smaller than the number of the plurality of rotor vanes.
