摘要： System for protecting machine parts, such as threads, from physical and chemical damage. The parts to be protected are cleaned, coated with a separating agent, and a mold is placed around them. A protective material is inserted in the interspace between the mold and pipe end. The protective material forms a tough, protective jacket. If desired, the mold can later be removed by means of a tear-open element or integrated weak spots. For the protection of pipe interiors, plastic material can be pressed into the end of the pipe such that it seals against the inside lining of the pipe.

摘要： This invention relates to a frame for the transport and storage of pipes consisting of profile frame parts, of which the upper and lower profile frame parts are connectable with one another by bolting rod means. Recesses are provided on both ends of the profile frame parts for receiving the bolting rod means. The bolting rod is rotatably arranged with an end having a transverse crosspiece that is detachably positioned into lateral transverse bores of the lower profile frame part. The crosspiece has at least one bevel end for facilitating insertion of the crosspiece into the transverse bores of the lower profile frame parts.

摘要： A device that protects the inner surface of pipes from rust is disclosed. This device is especially useful for pipes provided with threading and a thread guard at their threaded ends to form an airtight seal. The device comprises a holder that can be inserted in the pipes on which a number of receptacles are attached at intervals. The receptacles are filled with a drying agent or dessicant and are made of a moisture permeable material. A moisture indicator may be placed in the base of the thread guard.

摘要： The invention relates to a frame for the transport and storage of pipes of profile frame parts, of which the upper and lower profile frame parts are connectable with one another by rods which can be conducted through recesses of the profile frame parts and are swingably arranged with an end provided with a transverse piece in lateral transverse bores of a profile frame part. In order to improve the support of the pipes on the frame parts and to simplify and cheapen the manufacture, the frame parts are C-profiles with retracted base part, two C-profiles arranged in one another in opposite directions, the shanks of the outer C-profile extending beyond the base of the inner C-profile, or box profiles with side wall extensions. In particular, as middle frame parts there are used double C-profiles. In the free shanks or extensions of the profiles there are formed, as supports for the tube, divided-circular recesses, which, if need be, have a flange with inner reinforcing walls which faces inward or outward. Connecting rods join the upper and lower profiles; for this purpose recesses are provided on both ends in horizontal wall parts of the profiles.

A rotating tool is provided, which for the condition of open injection mold can be moved between the mold halves and is operationally linked to the molded article so it can be jointly moved with it to unscrew the molded article from the threading part. The sleeve is adapted to engage the threads of the pipe-end. The sleeve includes an end portion disposed between the edge and the longitudinal portion, the edge clamping the sleeve end portion against the longitudinal portion, thereby securing the sleeve to the tubular member. The sleeve includes a radially extending annular flange disposed outside the curved end portion for engaging an end portion of the pipe-end.
