摘要： A vehicle seat assembly with a linear actuator is disclosed in which the actuator is used to adjust the relative position of two relatively movable components of the seat assembly. The actuator includes a first part attached to one of the seat assembly components in the form of a lead screw with an external helical screw thread. A second part of the actuator is attached to the other seat component that is relatively movable and includes a housing containing a spin nut threaded onto the lead screw. The second part further includes means for axially capturing the spin nut to prevent the spin nut from rotating along the lead screw and means for selectively releasing the spin nut from its axial capture to permit rotation about the lead screw and thereby relative movement of the actuator second part relative to the first part. A cam is mounted to the second part to selectively engage and release the spin nut from its axial capture.

摘要： A linear seat rack recliner is disclosed having a lead screw mounted to a seat frame for rotation about its axis and a drive nut carried by the seat back frame movable along the lead screw upon rotation of the screw. A locking gear/thrust disk is fixed to the lead screw with a cam actuated locking pawl engageable with the gear to lock the gear in lead screw in position. The lead screw is also mounted for axial movement upon high loading with one face of the lock gear/thrust disk engaging a fixed wall surface to frictionally lock the gear and lead screw from rotation.

The folding vehicle seat includes a folding mechanism having an upper member for connection to the seat back and a lower member for supporting the seat base; the upper and lower members of the folding mechanism include integrated teeth aligned in meshing relationship such that movement of the seat back causes the lower member to rotate and lift the seat base to move the folding vehicle seat to a design position. A pair of upper cams are provided for selective engagement with the upper member and a third cam tab of the lower member of the folding mechanism.

A compliant back (60) is operably connected at an upper end to the second transverse member (46) and operably connected at a lower portion proximate the lower ends of the side members, and may include a biasing mechanism. The seat may also include a tuberosity pivot (54) coupled to the back frame (40) and the seat base (12), which pivot may be motorized.

The symmetry between the edges allows the modular seat back system to form a “40/40 configuration” with two type-B seat back frames in smaller vehicles, a “40/60 configuration” with one type-A and one type-B seat back frame in medium-sized vehicles, and a “60/60 configuration” with two type-A seat back frames in larger vehicles. Further, the dual-nature of the center seatbelt anchorage allows the modular seat back system to form a “40/60 configuration” in left-hand-drive versions of a particular vehicle line, and a “60/40 configuration” for the right-hand-drive versions.

摘要： A computer box filter system for a computer box including a hollow, u-shaped frame assembly that selectively attaches to a computer box. The frame assembly includes a plurality of holes formed on its inside surface which are aligned and registered with holes formed on the sides of the computer box. Disposed inside the frame assembly is replacable air filter. In one embodiment, the system includes a closeable door cover that attaches to the frame assembly and selectively closes over the entire front surface of the computer box. The frame assembly includes an extending lip which properly aligns the lower section of the frame assembly on the computer box so that the edges of the door cover may be pressed against the edges of the frame assembly during use to form a seal around the front surface.

摘要： A shock-safe fuse holder for a cartridge fuse is provided which can be readily installed in a mating receptacle and removed therefrom for fuse replacement. The fuse holder includes a visual indicator for denoting a blown or missing fuse. The cartridge fuse is substantially enclosed within the holder to limit the access to the electrical contacts of the cartridge fuse to minimize the danger of electrical shock. The holder has a configuration for retaining the holder in a mating fuse receptacle even in the absence of an installed fuse.
