摘要: Coating compositions are provided. In embodiments, a coating composition comprises a solvent system comprising water; a crosslinked organic additive in the form of particles and comprising a polymerization product of reactants comprising a multifunctional vinyl monomer comprising two or more vinyl groups; a binder; and optionally, one or more of a colorant and a wax. Methods of making and using the coating compositions are also provided.

摘要: Amorphous polyester resins and processes for making the same are disclosed herein. In particular, the process for making the resin provides resins with improved properties. The amorphous polyester resins have substantially reduced free fumaric acid as compared to that made from conventional processes. The toner resins are used to prepare toner compositions the have improved performance.

摘要: Toners and processes useful in providing toners suitable for electrophotographic apparatuses, including apparatuses such as digital, image-on-image, and similar apparatuses. In particular, emulsion aggregate toner compositions that use two different emulsion aggregation (EA) technologies and which comprise a base resin composed of both styrene-acrylate and polyester resins. These toner compositions further include polyaluminum chloride (PAC) instead of the more commonly used aluminum sulfate as the flocculant or aggregating agent.
