    摘要: A spray coatable adhesive composition used for bonding silicon dies to a rigid substrate, preferable a silicon substrate is disclosed. The adhesive composition includes an epoxy based resin, a thermal acid generator, a photoacid generator and a solvent. The epoxy based resin includes a mixture of a solid bisphenol A epoxy resin and a liquid or semi-liquid hydrogenated bisphenol A epoxy resin at a weight ratio ranging from about 80:20 to about 65:35. The adhesive composition has a low viscosity which allows it to be spray coated on a rigid substrate and form thin film adhesive which allows silicon dies to be bonded with precise placement on the silicon substrate.

The apparatus is configured to receive key information and additional information through the broadcast stream, select one of a plurality of predetermined functions based on the additional information, and perform the selected function in response to a control signal identified by the key information. The additional information may include link information such as a URL or telephone number, and the function may be selected based on a type of the link information. In some embodiments, the link information may be extracted from audio-visual data of a selected programme, using optical character recognition. The apparatus may connect to a secondary device to transmit information to the secondary device, and may receive information relating to the selected programme from the secondary device.

    摘要: An automotive vehicle is disclosed with a pillarless door opening for occupant ingress and egress. The first door is pivotally connected to the vehicle at a first end with a second end that extends to a central region of the door opening in the closed position. A second door has a first end translatably connected to the vehicle and a second end translatably connected to the vehicle adjacent to the central region of the opening at a closed position. The first door and the second door cooperate to close the opening. The second door can be translated relative to the vehicle to an intermediate position for providing clearance from the first door. One of the second door ends is detachable from the vehicle for pivoting the second door to an open position.
