    摘要: In an elastic partition member, a movable diaphragm outer circumferential section for supporting an outer circumference of an elastic movable diaphragm is formed integral with a relief valve. The elastic movable diaphragm is integrally formed with the elastic movable diaphragm. An upward circular arc projection that extends upwardly is provided on an upper part of the movable diaphragm outer circumferential section, and is fixed by a fixing portion provided in an upper member of a partition. A portion in the vicinity of a base portion of the relief valve is formed as a rectilinear unsupported portion that is flush with the elastic movable diaphragm. The base portion extends rectilinearly along the unsupported portion. When being opened, the relief valve is easily bent by the rectilinear base portion and is elastically deformable large enough to extend above the unsupported portion.

    摘要: A liquid sealed vibration isolating device is integrally provided with an elastic movable diaphragm and a relief valve. A pair of parallel straight line sections is on opposite sides of a circular elastic partition member. The elastic movable diaphragm includes a center of the elastic partition member and is surrounded by a pair of opposed circular arc sections and a pair of straight line sections formed by cutting an outer circumferential part of the elastic partition member. The relief valve is radially outward of the straight line section of the elastic partition member. A part of the elastic movable diaphragm reaches the circular arc section corresponding to the outer circumferential part of the elastic partition member so as to be increased in area as much as possible to absorb an internal pressure of a primary liquid chamber and to achieve low dynamic spring.

    摘要: A liquid sealed vibration isolating device is integrally provided with an elastic movable diaphragm and a relief valve.     摘要: A relief valve is provided in a central part of an elastic diaphragm. A relief hole is provided in the central part of the relief valve. The relief valve is formed thinner than a main body section on an outer circumferential side thereof. Pressing projections protrude from the relief valve upper surface at predetermined intervals in the circumferential direction. The pressing projections contact a projection support section, and a central opening of a central section is located above the relief hole. During excessive deformation on a negative pressure side, the hydraulic liquid of a secondary liquid chamber allows an inner peripheral portion of the relief valve to cause such a preceding deformation as to be lifted up, and the relief valve is rapidly brought out of contact with the seal section, so that the hydraulic liquid leaks rapidly from the central opening to a primary liquid chamber.

    摘要: A bracket is provided with the cylindrical part which opens in the Y direction. An inner member is arranged within the cylindrical part and faces in the Y direction. An elastic body connects the inner member and the cylindrical part and includes a pair of X direction elastic parts, a projecting part, and a Y-direction elastic part. The X direction elastic parts connect the inner member and the cylindrical part in an X direction. The projecting part is provided in an end in the Y direction of the cylindrical part. The Y direction elastic part is connected to a Y direction supporting part of a bottom wall. The projecting part partially overlaps with the Y direction supporting part of the inner member in the Y direction. No part projects outwardly of the cylindrical part and interferes with the vehicle body or surrounding members, increasing a degree of freedom in layout.

    摘要: A relief valve is provided in a central part of an elastic diaphragm. A relief hole is provided in the central part of the relief valve. The relief valve is formed thinner than a main body section on an outer circumferential side thereof. Pressing projections protrude from the relief valve upper surface at predetermined intervals in the circumferential direction. The pressing projections contact a projection support section, and a central opening of a central section is located above the relief hole. During excessive deformation on a negative pressure side, the hydraulic liquid of a secondary liquid chamber allows an inner peripheral portion of the relief valve to cause such a preceding deformation as to be lifted up, and the relief valve is rapidly brought out of contact with the seal section, so that the hydraulic liquid leaks rapidly from the central opening to a primary liquid chamber.

A vibration isolating elastic body provides a connection between the first and second mounting metal fittings. Middle portions of opposed upwardly extending wall sections are formed in a concave curve surface, and expanded recess portions are provided between the opposed upwardly extending wall sections. A projecting section provided on the first mounting metal fitting is accommodated in the expanded recess portions. The projecting section overlaps with the expanded recess portions in the X direction so as to regulate the movement in the X direction of the first mounting metal fitting. The X direction elastic leg for regulating the movement in the X direction is not provided, so that the molding can be performed by demolding a molded object in the X direction.
