摘要： A suspension for disc drive having a micro actuator mechanism comprises a base plate, a connecting plate having a hinge portion thinner than the base plate, a load beam provided with a flexure, a pair of actuator elements such as PZT, etc. The micro actuator mechanism includes a pivot portion formed between a pair of slits and support walls formed on the connecting plate. The actuator elements are provided individually on the opposite sides of the pivot portion. Each support wall is a bent portion that is formed by raising an edge portion of the connecting plate in the thickness direction of the main portion of the connecting plate.

摘要： A suspension for disk drive, comprising a load beam having a proximal end portion fitted with a base plate, a distal end portion fitted with a flexure, and bent edges formed individually on the opposite sides thereof, the load beam being gradually tapered from the proximal end portion toward the distal end portion, a support projection interposed between the load beam and the flexure, and a flexible portion of the load beam defined in a region between the support projection and the base plate. Openings are formed in an inner portion of a second region between the center of gravity of the flexible portion and the base plate, inside the bent edges, so that K.sub.Lb /K.sub.SP is 2 or more, where K.sub.Lb is a spring constant for a first region between the center of gravity of the flexible portion and the support projection and K.sub.SP is a spring constant for the second region, the area of the openings accounting for 25% or more of the area of the inner portion.

摘要： The present invention provides an electromagnetic relay that can achieve desired operation characteristics by simple and inexpensive construction even if it has a small thickness. Therefore, a movable iron piece 20 is rotated by excitation or non-excitation of an electromagnet, a movable contact piece 43 is elastically deformed through a card 21, and a movable contact 46 opens and closes fixed contacts of fixed contact pieces. The movable iron piece 20 is provided with a card pressing portion 36 capable of pressing the card 21. The card 21 is provided with a contact piece pressing portion 37 capable of pressing the movable contact piece 43 by being rotated around a fulcrum. At least one of the movable iron piece and the card is provided with a press position changing portion, wherein when rotating the movable iron piece 20, force transmission from the movable iron piece 20 to the card 21 is performed at a position more distant from a press position by the card pressing portion 36 of the iron piece 20 with respect to the fulcrum, and then performed by the card pressing portion 36.

摘要： A phase-locked loop circuit includes a phase detection unit, a loop filter unit including a series circuit of a resistor and a capacitor, first and second pulse-current output units which supply differential and single-end pulse currents corresponding to phase information to the resistor and capacitor, an oscillating unit which varies an oscillation frequency in accordance with a voltage generated at the resistor and capacitor, and a calibration unit which obtains information of an oscillation gain in actual operation and corrects an operation of the oscillating unit on the basis of a difference between the oscillation gain in actual operation and a target oscillation gain. The oscillation gain in actual operation represents a characteristic of oscillation frequency versus input signal of the oscillating unit and is obtained using predetermined oscillation control signals on the basis of a difference between actual oscillation frequencies under the oscillation control signals.

摘要： An electromagnetic relay is simple in construction, can prevent entry of dust, etc. into an interior thereof, enables confirmation of operation, and is provided an operating lever that can be maintained in an operating state. A coil block and a contact switching mechanism are provided on a base plate, a casing covers the base plate, and a movable iron piece is turned by magnetizing and demagnetizing the coil block, and a movable contact piece is operated to make and break contacts. An operating part that is turned by directing pushing the movable iron piece is arranged on an upper surface of the casing, and covered by a cover. An operating lever is mounted on the cover in a manner to enable sliding operation. The operating lever can be positioned in a closed position, in which an operating part is covered, a first opened position, in which the operating part is exposed, and a second opened position, in which the operating part is operated, respectively.

摘要： An electromagnetic relay including a holder capable of not only holding a light-emitting device but also causing a movable core to be moved by manual operation. In the electromagnetic relay, a coil is energized via coil terminals to magnetic and demagnetize a coil block and turn a movable core, thereby moving a movable contact part to open and close a contact. The electromagnetic relay includes a light-emitting device which emits light when the coil terminals are energized, and a holder including a holder body which holds the light-emitting device, an operating portion which moves the movable core by directly pressing the movable core through a depressing operation of the operating portion, and elastic arm portions which connect the holder body and the operating portion and are elastically deformed by the depressing operation of the operating portion.
