摘要: A memory controller receives an application identifier for identifying an application from an outside, an application, reference data to be referenced by the application, and a signature for the application and writes the application and the reference data. After receiving the application identifier from the outside, the memory controller accesses memory means which manages the application identifier and the application management state and reads out the management state of the target application. According to the management state, necessary data is decided. Since the judgment result is informed to the outside, there is no need of receiving applications more than necessary and it is possible to reduce the load on the signature process and the application reception process.

摘要: The present application is to make an information storage device (card) with a plurality of communication functions perform a process by one of the communication functions in cooperation with another process performed by the other communication function. A card 30 includes contactless communication means and contact communication means so as to execute only one of a process using contactless communication and a process using contact communication at one and the same time. The card 30 further includes processing means 33 and status change means 31. The processing means 33 executes processes by contactless communication and contact communication. The status change means 31 gives a response, in terms of an execution status of a contactless communication process, when the status change means 31 receives a check request command for inquiring a condition of the contactless communication process from a card supervision portion 12 through the contact communication means. The status change means 31 sends the processing means 33 an instruction to change the process of the processing means 33 to a contact communication process if the processing means 33 is not engaging in execution of the contactless communication process when the status change means 31 receives a change request command for giving an instruction to change the process of the processing means 33 to the contact communication process from the card supervision portion 12. It is therefore possible to make the card perform the process by contact communication in cooperation with the process using contactless communication.

摘要: A concrete composition contains, per 1 m.sup.3 of the concrete composition, powders of normal portland cement, high-early strength Portland cement, and an inorganic material, in a total weight of from 400 to 600 kg; a formalin condensation product of melamine sulfonate in an amount of from 0.1 to 2.5 wt % based on the total weight of the powders; a hardening accelerator in an amount of from 0.01 to 1.50 wt % based on the total weight of the powders; and water, fine aggregate and coarse aggregate. The mixing ratio of the powers is so specified that the powder of high-early strength portland cement is in a range of from 20 to 500 parts by weight and the powder of an inorganic material is in a range of from 20 to 500 parts by weight on the basis of the powder of normal portland cement of 100 parts by weight. The water, fine aggregate and coarse aggregate are mixed in such a mixing ratio as to give a slump flow value ranging from 50 to 70 cm to the concrete composition. The concrete composition exhibits a high initial strength and enables preferable concrete placing or molding without compactness using a vibrator, tamper, wooden hammer or the like.

摘要: An information processing apparatus is disclosed capable of using application programs of both a cellular phone and a non-contact card type terminal in cooperation, and performing a process request with respect to a portable terminal in response to a command received by the non-contact card type terminal from a communication terminal. When a communication terminal 30 requests a second device (SE: non-contact card type terminal) 20 of an information processing apparatus (hybrid portable communication terminal) 70 to process data in response to a predetermined command in a predetermined non-contact communication system, a command transmission request is transmitted beforehand with respect to a first device (PTD: cellular phone) 10 of the information processing apparatus in another non-contact communication system. When a predetermined command is transmitted to the second device from the first device, and a command is transmitted to the second device from the communication terminal, the second device executes a process with respect to the command, and predetermined data processing can be requested to the first device.

摘要: An anti-reflection sheet includes a transparent substrate; and a resin layer formed on a surface of a transparent substrate. The resin layer includes a first surface that faces the surface of the transparent substrate; a second surface that faces away from the surface of the transparent substrate; and a plurality of projections arranged on the second surface of the resin layer so as to form a projection layer. Each of the plurality of projections has a cross section that includes an entire center axis perpendicular to the surface of the transparent substrate. Each of the plurality of projections has a cross section that is in a shape of quadratic function. An arranged pitch of each of the plurality of projections is not more than half of a wavelength of incident light. An aspect ratio of each of the plurality of projections is 1 or less. A difference between a refractive index n1 of the transparent substrate and a refractive index n2 of the resin layer satisfies the following expression: |n1−n2|≦0.05. A thickness of the resin layer is 11 μm or more. The plurality of projections are shaped and arranged so as to satisfy a linear relationship between an effective refractive index of the projection layer and a height of the projection layer.
