    摘要: A micro-capsulated thermal-stable phase-change polymer is mixed with a melt-spinning polymer, and melt-spinning grains are obtained after processing the mixture described above. The thermal-stable phase-change polymer has a polyether main chain and two fatty acyl terminals. The polyether main chain is polyethylene glycol or polytetramethylene glycol. The two fatty acyl terminals are preferably stearoyl group, palmitoyl group, or lauroyl group.

    摘要: A fabric coating composition with latent heat effects and a method for fabricating the same are provided. The composition at least includes 1 part of the polymer binder, the hydrophilic microcapsule aqueous solution and the thickener, wherein the hydrophilic microcapsule aqueous solution contains 1 to 40 parts of microcapsules and the weight percentage of the thickener is about between about 2% and 12% based on the weight of the microcapsules. The water percentage of the composition is about between about 30% and 70%. The method for fabricating the composition comprises mixing the polymer binder, the hydrophilic microcapsule aqueous solution and thickener together and then stirring the composition mixture until the viscosity of the composition exceeding 6000 cps. The solution is allowed to set for between about 6 minutes and 10 hours, prior to application in fabric coating.

    摘要: A heat exchange structure includes at least three wave-shaped non-woven cloth layers. Each wave-shaped non-woven cloth layer has a plurality of crest tops and trough bottoms. Adjacent wave-shaped non-woven cloth layers are interconnected at intersections of crest tops and trough bottoms thereof. Each wave-shaped non-woven cloth layer forms a unique flow channel. When a cool airflow and a hot airflow are respectively introduced into flow channels formed by adjacent wave-shaped non-woven cloth layers, a heat exchange is executed at the wave-shaped non-woven cloth layer between the cool airflow and the hot airflow.

    摘要: A phase transition material, an acrylic monomer and a free-radical initiator are dissolved in an organic solvent to form an oil-phase solution. The acrylic monomer, having bi-functional and/or tri-functional groups, undergoes free radical polymerization to form the microcapsules shells encapsulating the phase transition material. A surfactant is dissolved in water to form a water-phase solution, and the HLB value of the surfactant is eight to twelve. The oil-phase solution and the water-phase solution are mixed and stirred to form an emulsion solution. The emulsion solution is then heated stepwise to form the microcapsules encapsulating the phase transition material.

A trigger is connected to an external charger source and the latch. The trigger generates a second trigger signal to control the switch to connect the rechargeable battery and the protection circuit when an electrical power is applied to the input end of the external charger source.
