    摘要: The present invention provides a method for solving the need for layer management with double-layer overlay accuracy control, a calibration mark structure which realizes the method and a measurement system with the calibration mark structure. The method modifies the layout of the overlay calibration marks such that overlay information of two layers is contained in one combined calibration mark, has realized the overlay accuracy data collection for the two previous layers in the current layer by one-time measurement, and can treat the overlay accuracies of the two layers as different control accuracies. Thus, the method can complete the automatic feedback optimization of the overlay accuracy compensation, is simple and easy, and can better help the enterprises for production quality assurance and cost control.

    摘要: A photoresist bottle capable of improving poor coating coverage is disclosed, which comprising: a sealed photoresist bottle body having a connector, a hard groove-shaped projection fixed on the bottom of the bottle body, an inner liner having an opening at the bottom, which is hermetically connected to the groove sidewall of the projection and is used to fill with the photoresist, a nitrogen gas tube inserting into the interspace between the bottle body and the soft liner through the connector, and a photoresist conduit inserting into the soft liner through the connector. Wherein, the top of the inner liner is hermetically connected to the upper lateral wall of the photoresist conduit, the lower end of the photoresist conduit reaches within the groove of the projection. When the soft liner is pressured, since unable to touch the photoresist outlets at the lower end of the photoresist conduit, a blocking can be avoided. Thereby, air bubbles and coating problems are prevented.

    摘要: A method and corresponding device for determining forwarding rule for data packet in Virtual Private LAN Service with Provider Backbone Bridge (PBB-VPLS) network are disclosed. In the method, a value in a backbone service instance identifier (I-SID) field of the received data packet is firstly examined, then a virtual split horizon group corresponding to the data packets is determined based on the I-SID value, wherein the virtual split horizon group defines a forwarding rule for the data packets between different pseudo wire ports of the PBB-VPLS network. With the dynamic split horizon group, the method dynamically adapts to different forwarding rules for multiple I-VPLS instances with different tree topologies, and is capable of supporting multiple I-VPLS instances with different root sites and tree topologies in one B-VPLS instance, thereby ensuring the stability of the backbone network and reducing the network operation cost.

    摘要: This invention discloses an automatic locking device for snow anti-skid chains. Wherein the snow anti-skid chain comprises a ratchet wheel lock catch and a anti-skid chain; the anti-skid chain is respectively fixed at the buckle and the outer part of the housing aforesaid, and extends towards three directions.
