The metal separator for fuel cells includes a separator-shaped metal matrix and a coating layer formed on the metal matrix. The coating layer has a concentration gradient of a carbon element C and a metal element Me according to a thickness thereof such that the carbon element C becomes gradually concentrated in the coating layer with increasing distance from the metal matrix, and the metal element Me becomes gradually concentrated in the coating layer with decreasing distance from the metal matrix.

The method includes preparing a stainless steel sheet as a matrix of the metal separator, forming a discontinuous coating film on the surface of the stainless steel sheet, the coating film being composed of at least one selected from gold (Au), platinum (Pt), ruthenium (Ru), iridium (Ir), ruthenium oxide (RuO2), and iridium oxide (IrO2), and heat treating the stainless steel sheet having the discontinuous coating film to form an oxide film on a portion of the stainless steel sheet on which the coating film is not formed. A metal separator for fuel cells manufactured by the method is also disclosed.

    摘要: A corner reinforcing member, which reinforces a corner portion of a chassis base, and a display module having the reinforcing member are disclosed. In one embodiment, the corner reinforcing member is manufactured by sheet metal working to withstand bending and twisting forces. Also, the corner reinforcing member facilitates the coupling of various designs of display sets to display modules and provides a configuration on which parts can be easily mounted for coupling. Furthermore, the corner reinforcing member can reduce manufacturing costs by reducing the number of parts for coupling. In one embodiment, the corner reinforcing member includes a reinforcing unit that comes into contact with a surface of a chassis base, and a connection unit formed parallel to a bending portion formed on an edge of a chassis base and connected to the reinforcing unit.

    摘要: A plasma display device includes: a Plasma Display Panel(PDP); a chassis base adapted to support the PDP attached to one surface thereof, a plurality of Integrated Circuit (IC) modules respectively included on driving circuit boards attached to another surface of the chassis base and adapted to control the PDP; and a reinforcing member arranged on the chassis base, one surface of each of the IC modules being in contact with the reinforcing member. The integrated circuit module is attached to the reinforcing member which reinforces the mechanical strength of the chassis base, so that a heat sink is not needed. The thickness of a plasma display device is thereby reduced and the appearance of the plasma display device is improved.
