    摘要: There is provided a process for producing W-type ferrite having high magnetic properties by reducing compacting defects during wet compacting. Specifically, there is a provided a process for producing a ferrite sintered body having a main composition of the following formula (1): AFe2+aFe3+bO27 . . . (1) wherein 1.5≦a≦2.1, 14≦a+b≦18.5, and A is at least one element selected from Sr, Ba and Pb, the process comprising:a calcining step of obtaining a calcined body from a raw material compound; a first milling step of milling the calcined body to a predetermined size; a heat treatment step of holding fine powder obtained from the first milling step for a predetermined time in a predetermined temperature range in an atmosphere having an oxygen concentration of 10% by volume or less; a second milling step of milling the fine powder which has undergone the heat treatment step to a predetermined size; a step of wet compacting the fine powder which has undergone the second milling step in a magnetic field; and a sintering step of sintering the compacted body obtained by the wet compacting.

    摘要: The present invention can provide a MgCuZn-based ferrite sintered compact which is constituted by having as substantial main component compositions 7.5 to 23.0 mole % of magnesium oxide, 7.0 to 20.0 mole % of copper oxide, 19.0 to 24.2 mole % of zinc oxide and 48.5 to 50.3 mole % of ferric oxide, and the average particle diameter of the ferrite sintered compact is in a range of 1.10 to 7.30 &mgr;m while the standard deviation &sgr; of the size distribution is in a range of 0.60 to 10.00, resulting in the ferrite sintered compact which has a high impedance with a frequency of not less than 50 MHz and is capable of efficiently cutting of radiant noise by selecting inexpensive materials.

The discharge electrodes include main body portions extending along a longitudinal direction, and the main body portions include tips in the longitudinal direction and side edges extending along the longitudinal direction. The pair of discharge electrodes are arranged such that both the main body portions are adjacent to each other in a short direction. The discharge electrodes face each other in the short direction between the side edges, and discharge occurs only between the side edges, between the discharge electrodes.

    摘要: The object of this invention is to produce a monitor which can correctly distinguish normal from abnormal vibration using automatically selected monitoring features and algorithms. The monitor can be used with a variety of devices with different vibration characteristics. The monitor according to this invention has a sensor that detects the vibration of an object. The monitor is operated in learning mode when the object is vibrating normally. The waveform of the vibration detected by this sensor is sampled over an appropriate period and analyzed. The data for each sampling feature are subjected to statistical processing, and the data which evince slight change are extracted as monitoring features. A monitoring algorithm is automatically made for these monitoring features. The algorithm selected in learning mode are used to evaluate the vibration of an object when the monitor is in operating mode. The operator does not need to set up the algorithm, and can monitor the object with a more reliable algorithm than the conventional one selected by fixed monitoring features.
