摘要: The illumination device comprises at least one light source, and a light pipe positioned at the front side of a license plate, and a light diffusing means. A light of the light sources is led, the light pipe emitting a leading light from the surface of the license plate face. The light emitted from the observed face is diffused by the light diffusing means. The light diffusing means is provided with, rugged portions of an observed face opposite to a light emitting face, or, a light diffusing layer composed of two or more kinds of light transmitting materials, refractive indexes of which are different each other, on the observing face, and a light led from a light leading face is reflected and diffused on the light diffusing layer.

摘要: A direct lighting unit fits in opposition to an opening of a roof of a vehicle's cabin so as to illuminate a light directly the cabin. An indirect lighting unit is disposed around the outer circumference of the direct lighting unit. The indirect lighting unit contains a plurality of LEDs disposed at fixed intervals so as to emit light outward. The LEDs are controlled to indirectly illuminate the roof. When the direct lighting unit is mounted to the roof, a fixing piece supports a grooved edge portion of the indirect lighting unit so that the indirect lighting unit is immovably held between the fixing piece and the roof. Thus, the direct and indirect lighting units are simultaneously secured to the roof.

摘要: Provided a vehicle exterior lamp capable of illuminating the ground surrounding a vehicle. When returning to a predetermined position of a parking lot, a road or the like where a vehicle has been parked, a switch of a transmitter is operated. By doing so, the vehicle is illuminated in a predetermined color and a selected mode, and the vicinity of a door of the vehicle is illuminated by this light, so that the condition of the ground can be confirmed. Particularly, the color of the light, emitted from a light-emitting source, can be arbitrarily set, and the setting can be made, taking the brightness and the saving of the energy into consideration. Even if discriminating information, such as a code, is not provided between the transmitter and a receiver, the color of the illumination of the vehicle can be discriminated from that of other vehicles.

摘要: A hose includes an outer hose member, and an inner hose member. The outer hose member includes a first bellows-like tubular portion at least in the intermediate area in the axial direction. The inner hose member is disposed substantially coaxially in the outer hose member, includes a second bellows-like tubular portions in the area corresponding to the first bellows-like tubular portion of the outer hose member, and adapted to form a tubular air layer between the second bellows-like tubular portion and the first bellows-like tubular portion. Because of the outer hose member and the inner hose member, the hose exhibits a high flexibility, a reliable barrier ability against gasoline fuels or the like, and an improved adiabatic ability and anti-flammability for the inner hose member.

摘要: A rubber layered structure used for a weather strip or a glass run, which includes an EPDM rubber base and an ornamental surface layer or a functional surface layer for enhancing slidability of a door glass. An ornamental or functional surface layer is stuck to an EPDM rubber base with a laminated film. The laminated film includes a first layer of an olefin resin with polar functional groups and a second layer of a polar thermoplastic resin. The first layer, which includes a non-polar olefin resin and polar functional groups, adheres to both the EPDM rubber base and the second layer of a polar resin such as polyester. The second layer securely adheres to the surface layer.

摘要: A wiper blade rubber is disclosed. The wiper blade rubber comprises a matrix formed of rubber made preponderantly of EPDM and vulcanized with a peroxide and a lip part having the portions thereof for sliding contact with the outer surface of a wind shield formed of chlorinated diene type rubber. The lip part has the opposite lateral sides in the direction of thickness of the leading end thereof formed of diene type rubber containing a chlorinated layer on the surface thereof, with the matrix exposed to sight at the leading edge of the lip part between the opposite lateral sides of diene type rubber. The diene type rubber in each of the opposite lateral sides has the outer surface thereof chlorinated.

摘要: A planar light emitting device has a planar light emitter. It has a layered structure composed of a transparent body and a semi-transparent body. The transparent body is made of a transparent synthetic resin containing no light scattering material. The semi-transparent body is made of a semi-transparent synthetic resin containing a light scattering material. The transparent body and the semi-transparent body are joined to form a diffusion layer therebetween. An LED array is disposed at one side of the planar light emitter. The diffusion layer has a sea-islands structure. An island resin has a dimension of 0.1 to 50 microns. The light entering the island resin attenuates therein without reflecting at once due to its complicated shape. Namely, the light entering the diffusion layer generates uniform brightness.

摘要: A fluorescent tube is constituted by a fluorescent tubular body having a transparent glass tube coated with a fluorescent layer containing a fluorescent material on its inner surface, and an ultraviolet LED substrate inserted in the fluorescent tubular body and having an equal length to the fluorescent tubular body. The ultraviolet LED substrate has twenty-four ultraviolet light emitting devices each having a long life, and the left end of the ultraviolet LED substrate is connected with lead wires through which electric power is supplied. Accordingly, when ultraviolet rays are emitted from the twenty-four ultraviolet light emitting devices, the fluorescent layer emits light in its own fluorescent color, the fluorescent tubular body as a whole emits light and the surroundings are illuminated with the light. Hence, the fluorescent tube can be used for illumination. Alternatively, the fluorescent tubular body may be formed by a transparent silicone rubber which can be bent into any desired shape.

摘要: An LED display device having an LED array for a meter on a printed circuit board. A diffusing radiation lens array is disposed facing the LED array. A cover lens is overlapped on the lens array. The cover lens transmits LED light which passed through the lens array. The cover lens has at least a scale mark, a character and a sign. A sheet is interposed between the lens array and the cover lens. The sheet limits radiation of predetermined diffused light from the lens array while partially transmitting the diffused light. The cover lens has a scale mark dent and a character dent formed on its rear interior surface, and displays the scale mark and character by means of an LED light from another LED array.
