    摘要: A liquid cooling jacket (J1) transmits heat generated by a CPU (101) which is installed at a predetermined position to coolant supplied from an external heat transmission fluid supply means and flowing inside of the liquid cooling jacket. The liquid cooling jacket includes a first flow passage (A1) on a side of the heat transmission fluid supply means, a second flow passage group (B1) including a plurality of second flow passages (B1a) branched from the first flow passage (A1), and a third flow passage (C1) installed at downstream side of the plurality of the second flow passages (B1a), and collecting the plurality of the second flow passages (B1a), wherein the CPU (101) mainly dissipates the heat to the second flow passage group (B1).

    摘要: By the use of a heat exchanger tube not required for adhesion of Zn in advance and a fin not clad with a brazing composition, a heat exchanger core is provided which has corrosion resistance and brazing capability comparable to or higher than those of the conventional counterpart. Applied onto an outer surface of an extruded flattened tube as a heat exchanger tube is a brazing composition derived from a mixture of silicon and fluorine type flux, and a fin formed of an aluminum-based zinc-containing material is prepared. The extruded flattened tube and the fin are then heated at a given temperature so that the same are brought into brazed relation to each other, and a mixed diffusion layer of silicon and zinc is then on the outer surface of the extruded flattened tube.

    摘要: A process for coating an aluminum article with zinc by immersing the article in an aqueous bath prepared by dissolving solid zinc fluoride in water. Preferably, the pH of the bath is about 4 to about 6. After coating, the article can be heated to diffuse zinc into surface-adjacent regions of the article and thereby to provide a zinc-diffused layer that protects the article against corrosion.
