    摘要: To improve the maintenance and inspection of a fuel injection valve, as well working of the fuel piping and wiring to the fuel injection valve. An engine fuel injection apparatus includes an air chamber provided on an upstream end of an air intake passage of an engine. A first fuel injection valve for injecting fuel toward the upstream end of the air intake passage is provided on a wall of the air chamber facing a wall connected to the upstream end of the air intake passage. The fuel piping and wiring to the first fuel injection valve is located outside of the air chamber. The air chamber also serves as an air cleaner case provided with a filter element therein.

The gear position discrimination unit determines the present gear position Ngp on the basis of the vehicle speed Vpls and the engine speed NE. The Kgpd calculation unit calculates the correction factor by gear Kgpd on the basis of the gear position Ngp and the engine speed NE. The state judgment unit judges whether the engine is in a steady state or in a transient state. The map selection unit selects, on the basis of the judgment result of the engine state, the PB map or the TH map for determining the basic injection quantity Ti. The basic injection quantity determination unit determines the basic injection quantity Ti on the basis of a product of the PB map or TH map and the correction factor by gear Kgpd.

    摘要: A fuel injection system for an internal combustion engine has an upstream fuel injector provided upstream from the throttle valve and a downstream fuel injector provided downstream therefrom. A device is provided for determining a fuel injection quantity of the upstream and downstream fuel injectors. A sensor detects the intake temperature TA on the upstream side from an injection area of the upstream fuel injector. A device is provided for seeking an intake temperature correction factor KTA on the basis of the intake temperature TA and a fuel injection quantity of the upstream fuel injector. At least one of the fuel injection quantities due to the upstream and downstream fuel injectors is corrected on the basis of the intake temperature correction factor KTA.

    摘要: In an internal combustion engine in which fuel injection valves are arranged upstream from and downstream from the throttle valve, respectively, the response of the accelerated increase in quantity and correction will be improved. The total injection quantity determination unit determines a total quantity of fuel to be injected from each fuel injection valve. The injection rate determination unit determines an injection rate of the upstream injection valve. The injection quantity correction unit includes an accelerated increase in quantity and correction unit, and during acceleration, increases and corrects only the injection quantity of the downstream injection valve during acceleration. The injection quantity determination unit determines the injection quantity of the upstream injection valve on the basis of the injection rate and the total injection quantity, and determines the injection quantity of the downstream injection valve on the basis of the upstream injection quantity and the total injection quantity.

    摘要: To allow an engine having an intake duct for drawing running air to produce a high output by performing appropriate fuel injection depending on dynamic pressure variations. A vehicle speed corrective coefficient calculator calculates a fuel corrective coefficient KVPLS based on a vehicle speed VPLS, and a throttle corrective coefficient calculator calculates a corrective coefficient KV&thgr;TH based on a throttle opening &thgr;TH. A corrective coefficient multiplier multiplies the fuel corrective coefficient KVPLS and the corrective coefficient KV&thgr;TH, thus calculating a vehicle speed fuel adjustment corrective coefficient KVAF. An injection time calculator calculates a basic injection time TiM based on the throttle opening &thgr;TH and an engine rotational speed Ne, and also calculates a fuel injection time Ti by reading the vehicle speed fuel adjustment corrective coefficient KVAF and correcting the basic injection time TiM. When the engine rotational speed Ne is equal to or higher than a predetermined value Ne1 and also when the transmission is shifted to a low gear position, a corrective coefficient KVAF signal is applied to the injection time calculator.
