    摘要: This invention discloses a tactile reading device including sensing rods that are supported to be vertically movable, piezo-electric actuating elements disposed in the vertical direction such that their free end portions are directed upward, and pushing-up cams having first levers which are axially and pivotally supported on support rods provided at an upper position of the free end portions of the piezo-electric actuating elements, extending downward from the support rods, and having side surfaces at distal end portions thereof which are freely abutted against the free end portions of the piezo-electric actuating elements, and second levers extending horizontally from the support rods and freely mounting, on their mounting planes, lower end portions of the sensing rods corresponding to the piezo-electric actuating elements.

    摘要: An ideal step-profile in a channel region is realized easily and reliably, whereby suppression of the short-channel effect and prevention of mobility degradation are achieved together. A silicon substrate is amorphized to a predetermined depth from a semiconductor film, and impurities to become the source/drain are introduced in this state. Then the impurities are activated, and the amorphized portion is recrystallized, by low temperature solid-phase epitaxial regrowth. With the processing temperature required for the low temperature solid-phase epitaxial regrowth being within a range of 450° C.–650° C., thermal diffusion of the impurities into the semiconductor film is suppressed, thereby maintaining the initial steep step-profile.

    摘要: A sensor holding member holding a position sensor and an attachment member that attaches the sensor holding member to a cylinder tube are formed separately. The sensor holding member is placed with a sensor attachment groove oriented in the direction of the axis of the cylinder tube and in contact with the outer surface of the cylinder tube. The attachment member is placed so as to straddle the sensor holding member. By tightening an attachment screw and fixing the attachment member with an attachment band, the sensor holding member is pressed against and fixed to the outer surface of the cylinder tube by the attachment member. Loosening the attachment screw allows the sensor holding member to be displaced relative to the attachment member in the direction of the axis of the cylinder tube.
