摘要: A method and system for removing noise due to bias electric power (MIC_Bias) or Time Division Multiple Access (TDMA) noise are provided. The system includes an interface with a microphone contact, for connecting to an accessory, an Analog-to-Digital (AD) converter for converting an analog voltage level, input via the microphone contact, into a digital voltage level, an audio processing unit for processing an audio signal input via the microphone contact, a switch for at least one of connecting and disconnecting the microphone contact and the AD converter, and a controller. The controller compares the digital voltage level with voltage levels stored in a look up table. The controller identifies a type of accessory connected to the interface. The controller also switches off the switch to prevent noise from being introduced into the audio signal via a wire connecting the microphone contact and the AD converter.

摘要: A flash memory device performs a program operation using an incremental step pulse programming (ISPP) scheme comprising a plurality of program loops. In each of the program loops, a program pulse operation is performed to increase the threshold voltages of selected memory cells, and a program verify operation is performed to verify a program status of the selected memory cells. The program verify operation can be selectively skipped in some program loops based on a voltage increment of one or more of the program pulse operations, an amount by which threshold voltages of the selected memory cells are to be increased in the ISPP scheme, or a total number of program loops of the ISPP scheme.

摘要: Disclosed herein are a mouse with capacitance sensors, a method for manufacturing the mouse and a method for constructing an algorithm for processing an input corresponding to force applied by a user's finger to the mouse. The mouse with capacitance sensors includes a bottom plate having a center point, a plurality of electrodes formed at regular intervals on the top face of the bottom plate and arranged apart from the center point of the bottom plate by an equal distance, a top plate bonded to the top faces of the electrodes and deformed by force applied by a pointing object, and an adhesive layer formed around the top plate and the bottom plate to combine the top plate and the bottom plate. When the pointing object touches the top plate, capacitance sensors are formed between the pointing object and the electrodes to recognize a travel distance, a travel direction and a moving speed of a cursor through the magnitude and direction of force applied by the pointing object.
