    摘要: A flat panel display device comprises a substrate, an organic light emitting diode formed on the substrate, an inner stack encapsulating the light emitting diode and comprising at least one organic layer and one inorganic layer, and an outer stack deposited to cover the inner stack and comprising at least two polymer layers and an adhesive and bonding layer disposed therebetween to combine the at least two polymer layers and a polymer heat-curing film disposed at an interface of each of the polymer layers and the adhesive and bonding layer and cured by heat treatment. According to the present invention, the flat panel display device and a manufacturing method for the same reliably seals the organic light emitting device and prevents degradation by permeation of external harmful materials, while providing high flexibility and low manufacturing cost.

    摘要: In an organic electro-luminescent display, a pixel circuit is disposed in a unit pixel region defined on a substrate. A passivation layer covers the entire unit pixel region including the pixel circuit. An organic light emitting diode (“OLED”) including a transparent lower electrode formed on a portion of the passivation layer which does not overlap the pixel circuit, an OLED layer, and an upper electrode are sequentially formed on the passivation layer. The transparent lower electrode is a transparent anode of the OLED. A protective layer is formed of the same material as the transparent lower electrode and disposed on a portion of the passivation layer corresponding to the pixel circuit to cover and protect the pixel circuit.

    摘要: A flat panel display device includes a display area in which a desired image is displayed, and a non-display area arranged outside the display area. The sealing passivation layer consisting of at least a two-layer structure including an organic film and an inorganic film alternately deposited, arranged along a surface defining the dummy bank portions on the upper surface of the emission element, and having a sectional portion directed to and contacting the substrate or a film on the substrate. The flat panel display device of the present invention blocks permeation of harmful material such as moisture or oxygen, thereby preventing degradation of performance of the display device.
