摘要： A white-light emitting device comprises a substrate, a short wavelength light source, a protective layer, a first structure, and a second structure. The short wavelength light source is disposed on the substrate for generating a first light, and the protective layer covering the short wavelength light source is pervious to the first light. The first structure is disposed on the protective layer for generating a second light, in which the first structure includes a first quantum well and a transmission layer. The second structure is disposed on the first structure for generating a third light. Finally, the first light, the second light, and the third light are mixed to generate a white light.

摘要： A display device comprises a power supply module and a back-lit module. The power supply module provides power and the back-lit module comprises a plurality of light emitting diode packaging structure in series. At least one light emitting diode packaging structure comprises two lead frames, a light emitting diode unit, and a regulator. The light emitting diode unit is connected to the two lead frames and the connection forms a first current path. The regulator is connected to the two lead frames and the connection forms a second current path. When the light emitting diode operates normally, the current generated by the power passes through the first current path. Otherwise, the current passes through the second current path.
