In an interlock unit, a solenoid, a shaft, a link, a release link, and a torsion spring are integrated together by means of a unit box. For this reason, it is not necessary that the solenoid, the shaft, the link, the release link and the torsion spring are separately mounted to the lock body, and the solenoid, the shaft, the link, the release link and the torsion spring can be easily mounted to the lock body.

    摘要： The present invention provides an SN plate capable of being formed in a large size while using a highly corrosion resistant and highly thermally expansible refractory product. In the SN plate of the present invention, a specific refractory member 1a having a thermal expansion rate as measured at 1500° C. of 1.15 to 2.50% due to addition of aluminum for improving corrosion resistance is arranged as a part of the SN plate to cover at least a practically critical region of the SN plate. A thickness of the specific refractory member is set in a range of 15 to 25 mm. A portion of the SN plate other than the specific refractory member is made up of an unburned or burned refractory product consisting primarily of an alumina-carbon composite.

    摘要： A regulating member, an allowing member and an urging member are easily assembled to a subject to which these members are assembled. When assembling of an interlock unit is carried out, with a fitting convex portion of a link being fitted into a fitting concave portion of a release link, a torsion spring (particularly, a connecting portion) is temporarily elastically deformed, and a pair of spiral portions of the torsion spring are mounted to spring holding shafts of the link and the release link, respectively. As a result, the link, the release link and the torsion spring can be brought into a temporarily assembled state, and can be easily assembled to a unit box.

    摘要： Rotation of a rotating member to a predetermined rotational position is properly regulated by a regulating member even when a thickness of the regulating member in a rotating shaft direction is made smaller. In a steering lock device, a pair of restricting portions formed in a release frame of a release link is disposed at both-sides of a link in front- and rear-direction, so restricts tilt of the link to both-sides in the front- and rear-direction. For this reason, even if thickness of the link in the front- and rear-direction in the vicinity of the shaft is made smaller, when rotation of a cam shaft from an “ACC” position to a “LOCK” position is regulated by the link, tilt of the link to both-sides in the front- and rear-direction can be suppressed, so that the link can properly regulate rotation of the cam shaft from the “ACC” position to the “LOCK” position.
