    摘要: A hydraulic drive system comprises a check valve cb1 for detecting a pressure on the outlet side of a pressure compensating device VB1, a maximum load pressure detecting line SL1 for selecting higher one of the pressure detected by the check valve cb1 and a load pressure of an actuator associated with a hydraulic pump P1 and supplying it as a signal pressure, a check valve cb2 for detecting a pressure on the outlet side of a pressure compensating device VB2, a maximum load pressure detecting line SL2 for selecting higher one of the pressure detected by the check valve cb2 and a load pressure of an actuator associated with a hydraulic pump P2 and supplying it as a signal pressure independently of the maximum load pressure detecting line SL1, and a passage 300 for joining hydraulic fluids supplied from the hydraulic pumps P1, P2 and passing through variable restrictors RB1, RB2 with each other and supplying it to an actuator B. Mutual independence between the two hydraulic pumps P1, P2 can be thereby ensured.

    摘要: Pressure compensating valves disposed at inlet sides of directional control valves are each configured with a step-shaped spool having a larger diameter portion and smaller diameter portions and pressure receiving chambers are provided to sandwich the larger diameter portion such that a pump delivery pressure and an inlet pressure of a metering throttle of the directional control valve acts in the chambers, respectively, and further pressure receiving chambers are provided at respective ends of the smaller diameter portions such that an outlet pressure of the metering throttle and a signal pressure act in the chambers, respectively. A check valve operated by the outlet pressure of the metering throttle is fitted in the smaller diameter end portion positioned on the side of the pressure receiving chamber to reduce the pump delivery pressure and produce a signal pressure. A sleeve having opposed ends positioned in a pressure receiving chamber in which the outlet pressure of the metering throttle is introduced and in the pressure receiving chamber is fitted on the smaller diameter portion, and the outlet pressure of the metering throttle is introduced to the pressure receiving chamber by movement of the sleeve.

    摘要: A recovery check valve 26 and a piston valve 27 are axially slidably disposed within a spool 2 in coaxial relation. An axial fluid passage 32 is formed within a cylindrical portion 27a of the piston valve 27, and a seat portion 33 for the recovery check valve is formed at an open end of the cylindrical portion 27a. The cylindrical portion 37a of the piston valve is formed with a hole 36 through which a hydraulic fluid in the fluid chamber 32 is introduced to a bridge passage 21 when the spool 2 is operated so as to introduce a hydraulic fluid from a hydraulic pump to the bottom side of a hydraulic cylinder. Fluid passages 40, 31 are formed within the spool so that a hydraulic fluid in the bridge passage 21 is introduced to the closed end of the piston valve through the fluid passages when the spool is operated in the opposite direction. With such a structure, the size of the valve apparatus can be set to the same size as the directional control valve not provided with the recovery check valve.

    摘要: A pair of directional control valves 8 and a pair of hold check valves 9 are disposed respectively between a pair of metering notches 6, which are formed in a land 4-1 of a spool 2 and have functions of both flow rate control and direction control, and a pair of actuator ports A, B. Each hold check valve comprises a valve body 90 in the form of a hollow spool having a seat portion 12 formed on an outer periphery and being subject to a pressure developed in an outlet passage 10 communicating with one of the actuator ports to act in the valve-closing direction. Each flow distribution valve comprises a valve body 80 being slidably fitted in the valve body 90 and having a front surface positioned to face an inlet passage 7 communicating with the metering notch and a rear surface positioned to face an control pressure chamber 30 communicating with a signal detecting hydraulic line. The valve body 90 has a shape to maintain a balance between forces produced by a pressure in the control pressure chamber and acting upon the valve body. A slit 21 having a variable dead zone X2 is formed between the valve body 80 and the valve body 90 for detecting and introducing a pressure between an outlet portion of the flow distribution valve and an inlet portion of the hold check valve to the control pressure chamber. The casing structure and device construction of a directional control valve with postpositional type flow distribution valves are thereby simplified.

    摘要: A high-speed solenoid valve apparatus has a body, and a high-speed solenoid valve section and a logic valve section disposed in the body. The high-speed solenoid valve section includes a solenoid valve outlet port communicating with a body outlet port, a solenoid valve sleeve including a solenoid valve inlet port, and a spool for opening and closing a communication path between the solenoid valve inlet port and the solenoid valve outlet port. The logic valve section has a logic valve sleeve guided by the inner wall of the body, having a logic valve inlet port communicating with a body inlet port and a logic valve outlet port communicating with the body outlet port, a poppet for controlling a communication path between the logic valve inlet port and the logic valve outlet port, a control chamber formed in the poppet and communicating with the logic valve inlet port via a small-diameter penetration hole, a return spring for applying a restoring force to the spool and the poppet, and a plate disposed between the solenoid valve sleeve and the logic valve sleeve and communicating between the control chamber and the solenoid valve inlet port. The solenoid valve sleeve and the plate are directly guided by the inner wall of the body, the solenoid valve outlet port is directly formed in the solenoid valve sleeve, and the solenoid valve sleeve, the plate and the logic valve sleeve are disposed in the body in closely stacked relation.

    摘要: A fluid control valve apparatus comprises logic valve means including a valve housing, a first valve member defined in the valve housing, and an axially movable valve body arranged in the first valve chamber, with the valve body including opposite end portions and a conical surface portion brought into contact with the conical surface portion when the valve body is moved in a valve closing direction. First and second hydraulic fluid chambers are defined in the valve housing and communicate with each other when the conical surface portion is out of contact with the valve seat and out of communication when the conical surface portion contacts the valve seat. A first pilot chamber in the valve housing, adjacent one end portion of the valve body, biases the valve body in a closing direction by a first pilot pressure signal. A second valve chamber is defined in the valve housing with an extension of the valve body being formed by extending the other end portion of the valve body through the first hydraulic fluid chamber, and is arranged in the second valve chamber for axial movement. An independent second pilot chamber biases the valve body in an opening direction by a second pilot pressure signal.
