The DC component detecting circuit (18) comprises separators (21, 22) for separating a voltage which is proportional to the output current of the inverter device into voltages in positive and negative half periods, integrators (23, 24) for integrating the separated voltages in the positive and negative half periods, and an adder (25) for adding integral signals in the positive and negative half periods from the integrators (23, 24).

    摘要： A reactor has a casing composed of a magnesia-based refractory, and a bottom plate composed of an MgO-graphite mixed refractory is disposed on a bottom part of this casing. A graphite crucible is provided at a bottom of the reactor, and the graphite crucible and the reactor are joined together by a magnesia cylinder. Iron ore powder, coal powder, and other such raw materials supplied into the reactor are irradiated with microwaves from microwave oscillators and are heated. The iron ore is reduced, and the resulting molten pig iron flows out through a hole into a crucible, and then is poured out of the crucible through another hole into a ladle. It is thereby possible to manufacture molten pig iron with high energy efficiency, instead of using blast-furnace iron-making.

    摘要： A power supply system for supplying power to a load is provided. The system comprises power-line carriers for supplying power to the load, and a plurality of power supply units the outputs of which are parallelly connected to power-line carriers. Each of the power supply unit comprises a generator; an inverter for converting a voltage generated by the generator into an AC voltage and outputting the AC voltage; an inverter control unit for controlling the inverter, and a connection apparatus for connecting the AC voltage outputted from the inverter to the power-line carriers. The inverter controller comprises a load sharing adjuster for adjusting a shared load current supplied from the power supply unit, so that at least one of the power supply units in operation can operated at its rating condition, thereby realizing an efficiency operation.

    摘要： An antivibration clamp comprises a base made of hard resin and an object-holding portion of hard resin supported by the base. The object-holding portion includes a curved wall defining a recess for receiving an elongated object, and a resilient holding finger extending obliquely from the top of the curved wall or its vicinity toward the recess of the curved wall to press against the outer surface of an object received in the curved wall. The curved wall has an inner wall surface on which a plurality of elongated rigid ribs are formed to protrude inward and extend in the width direction of the curved wall with the ribs being spaced apart from each other in the circumferential direction of the curved wall. The inner wall surface and the ribs of the curved wall are coated with an antivibration material made of soft resin.

    摘要： A cryopump is provided with a detecting means for detecting an operation parameter at an elapsed operation time in a current operation cycle of the cryopump, a storing means for storing a value of another operation parameter in a past operation cycle of the cryopump as a management parameter, an arithmetic controlling means for calculating a succeeding rotational speed of the expander motor based on the current operational parameter and the management parameter stored in the storing means and outputting the same as a driving instruction signal, with which the succeeding rotational speed of the expander motor is controlled so as to maintain a temperature of a cryopanel or a pressure in a vacuum chamber to which the cryopump is attached at a predetermined value by using the operation parameter at the elapsed operation time in the current operation cycle of the cryopump detected by the detecting means and the operation parameter at the corresponding elapsed operation time in the past operation cycle of the cryopump stored in the storing means as the management parameter, and an expander motor driving means for driving the expander motor according to the driving instruction signal output from the arithmetic controlling means, whereby the cryopump may be operated stably even if a temporal load change has occurred.

The power generating apparatus also includes an interconnection control part 18 for closing the interconnection switch S1 when the DC power supply voltage of the inverter device 5 exceeds the full-wave rectification voltage of the commercial AC power supply system.
