摘要： An exemplary surface contact card holder (800) for holding a surface contact card (40) includes a body (10) and a guiding mechanism (20). The body has a receiving space (105) therein. The guiding mechanism is movably provided in the receiving space. The guiding mechanism is configured for selectably one of retaining the surface contact card in the receiving space and withdrawing the surface contact card from the receiving space. The guiding mechanism includes a pulling lever (201) and a spring element (202). One end of the spring element is fixed on the pulling lever and the other end of the spring element resists the body. The spring element is pressed when the guiding mechanism is pushed out from the receiving space. The guiding mechanism automatically returns to its original position by rebounding of the spring element.

摘要： A surface contact card latching assembly (100) is formed in a portable electronic device. The latching assembly includes a receiving portion (11) and a latch module (12). The receiving portion is configured for receiving the surface contact card, and a first end of the receiving portion forms an entrance (112) via which the surface contact card can enter or exit. The latch module includes a blocking tab (120) and an elastic latch (122). The blocking tab extends from the receiving portion for partially covering the receiving portion. The elastic latch is disposed at the first end of the receiving portion.

The button, the locking element and the driving spring are located around one end of the main shaft, and the cam and the barrel are located around another end of the main shaft. When the button is pushed, the hinge assembly fully opens the cover section from body section. This provides a user with convenient one-handed operation.

The receiving groove is configured for receiving the SIM card therein. The base comprises a protrusion (108). The protrusion and the slot are arranged at two opposite sides of the receiving groove. The catching mechanism comprises a main board (201) having a bending piece (202) and a bending hem (204) at two opposite ends thereof. The bending hem is engaged in the slot. The bending piece is engagable with the base so as to lock the SIM card in the receiving groove. The main board comprises an elastic slice resisting the protrusion when the bending piece is engaged with the base.
