摘要: A fan wheel has a hub cup and a plurality of blades which are arranged on the hub cup and extend radially outward from an outer wall of the hub cup which is in particular at least substantially cylindrical. Each blade has a leading edge and a trailing edge, wherein for at least one blade, an axial unit depth z*(t) of the blade has an aperiodically wave-like shape. A radiator fan module has a fan wheel of the type described above, and the fan wheel can be used in a motor vehicle.

摘要: A brush-commutated direct-current motor comprises a stator with a plurality of exciter poles, a rotor with a plurality of pole teeth, which is rotatable relative to the stator about an axis of rotation, grooves arranged between the pole teeth, and coil windings arranged on the pole teeth and a commutator which is arranged on the rotor and a plurality of lamellae to which the coil windings are connected. For manufacturing such direct-current motor the coil windings are arranged on the pole teeth in winding cycles, in each of which a coil winding is wound onto each pole tooth. It is provided that on each pole tooth a first coil winding wound around the pole tooth in a first winding direction and a second coil winding wound around the pole tooth in a second winding direction opposite to the first winding direction are arranged.

摘要: A motor assembly has an electric motor with a motor housing and an electronics unit. A first housing shell is formed as a motor carrier and has the motor housing fastened to it. A second housing shell is in the form of a cooling cover. An electronics carrier is arranged in sandwich-like fashion between the cooling cover and the motor carrier. 摘要: An electrical machine is particularly suited as an electric motor of a motor vehicle. The machine has a rotor mounted rotatably by way of a rotor shaft and a position emitter with a rotationally fixed sensor unit and with a sensor emitter fixed relative to the rotor shaft. The emitter is an injection molding with an emitter head receiving a magnet, in particular a magnetic dipole, and with a joint shank. Alternatively, it is provided, together with the magnet on the emitter head side, with an plastic over-molding forming the joint shank. The joint shank is joined to the rotor shaft on the face side of a shaft end by form fit, forming a press fit or an interference fit.

摘要: An actuator for a motor vehicle functional unit includes a force transmission unit transmitting an actuating force to an actuating member and being displaced by a measuring travel in a force transmission direction. A force measurement device detects an actual value of the actuating force and includes a spring acting in the force transmission direction, having resilient action counter to which the force transmission unit is displaced and being tensioned by the actuating force over a resilient excursion, a micro switch having smaller switching travel than the measuring travel and being actuated upon displacement of the force transmission unit if the actuating force reaches the actual value, and a stop element for actuating the switch. The switch or element are coupled to or fixed relative to the force transmission unit and the switch and/or element are resiliently supported to compensate for a difference between the switching and measuring travels.
