摘要: A system and method for automatically detecting pivot tracks and boarders is disclosed. The system includes an agricultural vehicle, a sensor coupled to the agricultural vehicle, and a vehicle control system. The sensor is configured to detect a change in position. The vehicle control system includes a processing circuit. The processing circuit includes a processor and a memory. The memory has instructions stored thereon that, when executed by the processor, cause the processing circuit to receive sensor information for the agricultural vehicle from the sensor, receive an indication to mark a geographic position based on the sensor information, mark a plurality of geographic positions associated with a pivot track or a boarder, and determine a complete location of the pivot track or the boarder based on the plurality of marked geographic positions associated with the pivot track or the boarder.

摘要: A method to adjust an opening between a plurality of shakers of a machine formed as a fruit harvester, starting with aligning and centralizing the machine with a crop row to be harvested, includes the steps of: identifying and defining a configuration of a plurality of trees to be harvested; measuring a width of the plurality of trees to be harvested; setting a value for a desired damage level; calculating an opening factor based on the desired damage level defined in the step of setting; determining a distance “X” from the opening between the plurality of shakers, based on a value obtained for the opening factor in relation to the width of the plurality of trees to be harvested; and adjusting the opening between the plurality of shakers according to the distance “X” determined in the step of determining.

摘要: An agricultural sprayer includes a purge tank, a nozzle configured to dispense an agricultural fluid onto an underlying field, and a downstream valve configured to selectively permit the air from the main fluid conduit to flow to the nozzle. A computing system is configured to initiate a purging operation to purge the agricultural fluid present within the nozzle and, upon receipt of the input, control an operation of a main valve such that the main valve is moved to an opened position to allow the air to flow through a main fluid conduit. In addition, the computing system is configured to monitor a first air pressure associated with the purge tank and a second air pressure associated with the nozzle. Furthermore, the computing system is configured to control an operation of the downstream valve during the purging operation based on the monitored first and second air pressures.

摘要: In a combine harvester, the forward-directed driveline from the combine is coupled to the transversely oriented header drive axle through a transverse gearbox that is mounted on a moveable cradle frame onto which the header is mounted. A mechanical link is furthermore provided between the rotatable gearbox housing (portion) and the feeder housing, configured to control the orientation of the input axle of the transverse gearbox, so as to maintain the alignment of the input axle relative to the driveline of the combine.

摘要: A method for automatically controlling a height of a harvesting implement includes receiving distance data from a distance sensor supported relative to the harvesting implement that is indicative of a measured distance from the distance sensor to a location on a ground surface positioned, receiving pose data associated with the distance sensor, determining a pose of the distance sensor based on the pose data, and determining a compensation value for adjusting the measured distance based on the pose of the distance sensor. Additionally, the method includes calculating a compensated distance value as a function of the measured distance and the compensation value, and controlling an operation of an actuator based at least in part on the corrected distance value to adjust a vertical height of at least a portion of the harvesting implement relative to the ground surface.

摘要: A monitoring system for a combine harvester having a header for harvesting a crop and a residue spreading system for spreading a crop residue. The monitoring system includes a sensing system configured to provide one or more measurement waves that intersect a flow of crop residue discharged by the spreading system and receive a plurality of response waves reflected from the crop residue. The system further includes a processing unit configured to receive a response signal of the sensing system; process the response signal; and determine, based on the response signal, a density and velocity distribution of the crop residue across a two-dimensional measurement area. The response signal is representative of the plurality of response waves reflected from the crop residue. The measurement area is at an end of a trajectory of the crop residue towards a deposit area.
