A method may include detecting the signal of the patient with the physiological sensor, determining an FRP with a FRP determination module, wherein the determining operation comprises analyzing at least one characteristic of the physiological signal over time to determine the FRP, receiving a report request to report the FRP at a requested time through a user interface, generating a reported FRP in relation to the requested time using the FRP determination module, and displaying the reported FRP on a display. The displaying operation may include displaying the FRP using at least one graphic representation.

    摘要： A surgical instrument includes an ultrasonic transducer supported by a housing and an elongated assembly extending distally therefrom. The elongated assembly includes a jaw and a waveguide coupled to the transducer and defining a blade having upper and lower tissue-contacting surface and first and second lateral surfaces disposed therebetween that are coated with a material. The jaw is pivotable relative to the blade and includes a structural base having a backspan and first and second uprights extending from the backspan. The jaw further includes a jaw liner supported within the structural base and positioned to oppose the upper tissue-contacting surface with the first and second uprights disposed on either side of the blade. In an ultrasonic mode, ultrasonic energy produced by the transducer is transmitted along the waveguide to the blade. In an electrosurgical mode, electrosurgical energy is conducted between the blade and the first and second uprights.

The buttress retention assembly includes a sleeve configured to be detachably coupled with a first jaw member of a tool assembly of the surgical stapling apparatus, and a buttress material. The sleeve includes a proximal hook extending transversely outward from a lateral side of the sleeve, and a mouth including a hook configured to be received in a knife slot of the first jaw member. The mouth includes an inner surface having an inwardly extending boss. The buttress material includes a tab extending transversely outward from a lateral side thereof. The tab defines a proximal slot configured to receive the proximal hook of the sleeve. At least a portion of the distal end portion extends through the mouth of the sleeve. The distal end portion defines a distal slot dimensioned to receive the boss of the sleeve.
