摘要： A liposome including a neutral lipid membrane, a positively charged polymer, and a surface active polymer is provided. The neutral lipid membrane is formed as a hollow sphere, the positively charged polymer is dispersed on the neutral lipid membrane by non-covalent bonding, and the surface active polymer is dispersed on the neutral lipid membrane by non-covalent bonding. The liposome can stably adsorb various amounts of biomaterials by non-covalent bonding.
