Abstract: A power supply management circuit includes a first contact receiving a transmitted voltage, a second contact outputting the transmitted voltage, a relay coupled between the first contact and the second contact, a discharge unit coupled to the relay in parallel, and an activation unit coupled to the discharge unit. When the power supply management circuit receives a control signal, the discharge unit is turned on or off, and the relay enters into a switching procedure. When the control signal is an ON signal, the activation unit generates a driving voltage to turn on the discharge unit, the relay enters into a turn-on procedure, and the transmitted voltage is transmitted to the second contact through the discharge unit; after the switching procedure is completed, the activation unit stops generating the driving voltage to turn off the discharge unit, and the transmitted voltage is transmitted to the second contact through the relay.

Abstract: An estimating system for energy-saving and emission-reduction is provided and includes an energy-consumption device operating in the environment based on multiple operating parameters to generate an energy-consumption and carbon-emission result and a server for receiving and storing corresponding values of each operating parameter of the energy-consumption device. The server includes an energy-consumption factor analyzing module for selecting multiple energy-consumption factors relevant to power-consumed amount and carbon-emitted amount from the multiple operating parameters, a new-device-parameter importing module for importing multiple performance coefficients of multiple new devices, and a simulating module for performing a simulation and calculating an energy-consumption simulated result of each new device as if each new device were operated under same environment within a specific historical time-period. The server performs a replacement-benefit estimating procedure for each new device based on the energy-consumption and carbon-emission result of the energy-consumption device and the energy-consumption simulated results of each new device.

Abstract: A voltage converter includes a feedback controller, a primary-side controller, a secondary-side controller, a primary-side rectification-filtration circuit, a boost converter, and a voltage conversion circuit. The feedback controller receives a voltage demand signal from an output end to output a first feedback signal and a second feedback signal. Abstract: A flyback power-converting device includes a transformer circuit, a clamp damping circuit, a first switch, a voltage-reducing circuit and a second switch. The clamp damping circuit and the first switch are coupled to the transformer circuit. The voltage-reducing circuit and the second switch are coupled in series between the clamp damping circuit and the transformer circuit. Through switching of the first switch, the transformer circuit converts an input power to generate a first converted voltage and to enable the clamp damping circuit to store an inductive energy. In addition, when the second switch is turned on, the clamp damping circuit releases the inductive energy to the transformer circuit via the voltage-reducing circuit, so that the transformer circuit generates a second converted voltage according to the inductive energy.
