摘要: A piezoelectric energy hunting device and a voltage signal application system thereof are disclosed. The piezoelectric energy hunting device includes a plurality of curved piezoelectric elements, a plurality of rigid foams, and a flexible foam structure. The plurality of curved piezoelectric elements are arranged side by side with one another, wherein each curved piezoelectric element is attached to one of the rigid foams. The flexible foam structure includes a top foam and a bottom foam covering the outer surface of the plurality of curved piezoelectric elements and the plurality of rigid foams; when the flexible foam structure is compressed, the plurality of curved piezoelectric elements are simultaneously deformed, thereby generating a voltage signal. When the flexible foam structure is not compressed, the flexible foam structure and the plurality of rigid foams provide an elastic force to restore the plurality of curved piezoelectric elements.

摘要: The present disclosure provides methods for preparing a liposome composition. One of the methods includes the steps of: providing precursor liposomes encapsulating platinum-based precursors; and incubating the precursor liposomes with a salt solution to convert the platinum-based precursors to platinum-based drugs to form the liposome composition. The precursor liposomes are prepared by step of: hydrating the platinum-based drugs to form the platinum-based precursors; and adding the platinum-based precursors to a lipid bilayer vehicle to form the precursor liposomes. The liposome composition prepared by the methods shows improved encapsulation efficiency and enhanced drug loading capacity.

摘要: A method for operating artificial neural network with nonvolatile memory device having at least one artificial neural nonvolatile memory network. The forgoing artificial neural nonvolatile memory network (ANN) comprises M×N numbers nonvolatile memory cells that are arranged to form a memory array, and the nonvolatile memory cell can be a non-overlapped implementation (NOI) MOSFET, a RRAM element, a PCM element, a MRAM element, or a SONOS element. By applying this novel method to the ANN, it is able to perform feedforward and recurrent operations in the M×N numbers of nonvolatile memory devices in the ANN, so as to adjust or correct the weights stored in the M×N numbers of nonvolatile memory devices.
