    摘要: A display module comprises a circuit board having a front face, a plurality of light-emitting elements electrically coupled to the front face of the circuit board, a polymer encapsulating member adhered to the front face of the circuit board, the polymer encapsulating member substantially covering at least a portion of the circuit board and a portion of the plurality of light-emitting elements, the polymer encapsulating member substantially sealing the portion of the circuit board and the portion of the plurality of light-emitting elements, and an ultraviolet-radiation diminishing component in the polymer encapsulating member or on one or more of at least a portion of the circuit board or at least a portion of each of the light-emitting elements, wherein the ultraviolet-radiation diminishing component filters, blocks, or reflects more ultraviolet radiation than would be filtered, blocked, or reflected by the polymer encapsulating member without the ultraviolet-radiation diminishing component.

    摘要: An electronic sign having slotted frame cabinets whereby each slotted frame cabinet can conveniently be attached to one or more vertically or horizontally positioned adjacent slotted frame cabinets by using connecting components which are generally located around the periphery of one or more slotted frame cabinets. Connecting components, including splice bars, splice plates, and mounting clamps, are aligned in, positioned along and secured to backing bars which are co-located in backing bar slots in one or more of the slotted frame cabinets. Lift eyes can be variably located in one or more lift eye slots. The use of externally located connecting components, which do not extend through the cabinetry, minimize the entry of environmental elements into the interior of the electronic sign. Multiple slotted frame cabinets can be connected without the removal of LED display panels.

    摘要: An LED panel assembly includes a circuit board having a plurality of LEDs. An LED seal louver is coupled over the circuit board. The LED seal louver includes a substrate and a pliable seal membrane. The substrate includes one or more substrate cavities. The pliable seal membrane is coupled with the substrate, and the pliable seal membrane includes a pliable material partially extending across the one or more substrate cavities. One or more LED passages extends through the pliable material adjacent to the substrate cavities. Each of the LED passages is sized and shaped to receive a single LED. Bulbs for one or more of the plurality of LEDs are correspondingly received within the LED passages, and the pliable material seals around each bulb with an interference fit. The bulbs are directly visible through the LED seal louver while the pliable seal membrane is sealed around the bulbs, and the circuit board is concealed by the LED seal louver and isolated from an environment exterior to the LED panel assembly.

    摘要: A ventilated washable electronic sign display enclosure having an intake duct and an exhaust duct located along the front thereof. The ventilated washable electronic sign display enclosure is geometrically configured to prevent or dissuade entry of fluid streams to the interior of the enclosure through the exhaust duct and through the intake duct. Combinations of vertically spaced vent tabs and vent spaces in the intake duct and the exhaust duct are incorporated to allow air flow freely therethrough and also provide through various relationships of structure to prevent or dissuade cleaning water streams from entry to the interior of the enclosure. An alternate embodiment provides a ventilated washable electronic sign display enclosure using formed components including formed full and partial width mid-panels supporting a protective shroud support and a plurality of angled protective shrouds having interchangeability accommodating features providing for rapid field installation assembly.
