摘要: Systems and methods for integrating data are described. In an example embodiment, a plurality of data attributes of comparison data and the plurality of data attributes of a master record are respectively compared to determine that there is a difference, the comparison data originating from a data source. A relative level of source priority of the data source of the comparison data is determined relative to the data source of a current state version of the master record in accordance with source evaluation criteria. The current state version of the master record is stored in reference data based on a determination that there is a difference and that the source priority of the data source of the comparison data is equal to or greater than the data source of the current state version of the master record. Mapped comparison data is used to update the current state version of the master record based on the determination that there is a difference and that the source significance of the data source of the comparison data is equal to or greater than the data source of the current state version of the master record to create an updated state version of the master record, the mapped comparison data being based on the comparison data. Additional methods and systems are disclosed.

摘要: A pharmaceutical filling system for a high volume pharmacy is described. The system can include a paper feed device and method. The system may include a paper collator with at one selectively openable shelf. A control device may monitor the capacity of the selectively openable shelf, and instruct a printer to hold printing additional print jobs. The selectively openable shelf may then be opened to allow the printed literature resting thereon to fall to a lower shelf, and the printer can then be restarted. Sheets of printed literature may be drawn from the paper collator, collected with any other sheets of printed literature associated with a prescription order, and mated with the prescription order for shipment.

摘要: A pharmaceutical order filling system receives pharmaceutical orders and uses an automated dispensing device to dispense pharmaceuticals into containers. The automated dispensing device is configured with a filling cabinet that stores and dispenses measured quantities of pharmaceuticals and is further configured to stage measured quantities of pharmaceuticals in buffer tubes to enable efficient fulfillment of the pharmaceutical orders. Containers may be disposed on a pallet which may be moved within an automated dispensing device to place the containers under buffer tubes to receive measured quantities of pharmaceuticals from the buffer tubes into appropriate containers in an efficient manner.

摘要: Systems and methods for folding a stack of substrate sheets are provided. The system may include a roller assembly and a positioning mechanism. The roller assembly is configured for folding the stack of substrate sheets and the positioning mechanism is configured to position the substrate or stack for entry into the roller assembly. The positioning mechanism includes an upper curved form and a lower curved form to guide the stack of substrate sheets into a curved position for folding. The positioning mechanism further includes a folding blade positioned to extend through the gap between the upper and lower curved forms. The roller assembly can move the folded stack of substrate sheets in at least two directions.

摘要: Methods and systems for drug purchase validation are described. In an example embodiment, drug sale data is accessed from a prescription drug wholesaler regarding prescription drugs sold to the pharmacy by the prescription drug wholesaler during a period of time. A number of units of a prescription drug sold to the pharmacy are determined based on the drug sale data during the period of time. Pharmacy claims data over the period of time is accessed, where the pharmacy claims data reflects a plurality of adjudicated claims, and the plurality of adjudicated claims are a plurality of claims that were submitted for adjudication by the pharmacy during the period of time. A number of units of a prescription drug associated with the plurality of claims submitted during the period of time by the pharmacy for adjudication are determined based on the pharmacy claims data. The number of units of the prescription drug associated with the plurality of adjudicated claims that were submitted for adjudication by the pharmacy is compared with the number of units of the prescription drug sold to the pharmacy. A determination is then made as to whether a discrepancy exists based on the results of the comparison. Additional methods and systems are disclosed.

摘要: Methods and systems for improving therapy adherence are described. In an embodiment, a disease state associated with a member is identified. A member classification of the member is determined. The member classification may be based on past therapy the member received to treat a condition associated with the disease state. A diagnostic loop is selected based on the disease state associated with the member and the member classification. The diagnostic loop may include a plurality of operations. At least one of the plurality of operations of the diagnostic loop is performed. Other methods and systems are described.
