    摘要: A shaft connection 1 for a longitudinal shaft assembly, has at least a first shaft having a first and second ends, and a second shaft, disposed so as to be coaxial with the first shaft, having first and second ends; the shafts extending axially. The first end forms a hollow portion. The first shaft end forms a first journal having a displacement portion. The first shaft end at least in an initial position of the shaft connection extends through the hollow portion which axially by the displacement portion forms a guide portion and circumferentially forms a form-fitting first connection. In the initial position a mutual axial displacement of the first and second shafts is prevented by an axial securing feature. In a crash the axial securing feature; is releasable by an axial release force. The first shaft is axially displaceable relative to the second shaft.

    摘要: A cage for a constant-velocity ball joint is annular and has cage windows arranged spaced apart from one another along a circumferential direction for guiding balls of the constant-velocity ball joint; wherein each cage window has at least on one side a ball guiding surface facing in an axial direction. The cage can be produced by: a) providing a cage having cage windows; b) applying at least one compressive force via an outer circumferential surface of the cage, facing in a radial direction, in a first region of at least one ball guiding surface of at least one cage window; c) deforming the cage in the first region of the at least one ball guiding surface, so that the at least one ball guiding surface is displaced inwardly in the radial direction with respect to an adjacent second region of the cage.

    摘要: A sealing element for sealing a joint chamber of a constant velocity joint is disclosed. The sealing element comprises an inner collar for providing a sealing connection relative to an inner joint part of the constant velocity joint, an outer collar for providing a sealing connection relative to an outer joint part of the constant velocity joint, and a membrane portion which extends between the inner collar and the outer collar. The membrane portion between the inner collar and the outer collar is fold-free and substantially conical in shape.     摘要: A wheel hub/universal joint assembly having a wheel hub with a wheel flange for connecting a wheel and with a sleeve portion for receiving a wheel bearing. A constant velocity universal joint is provided with an outer joint part, an inner joint part and torque transmitting elements. The outer joint part has a first face toothing with first teeth and wherein the sleeve portion has a second face toothing with second teeth, wherein the two sets of face toothings engage one another for torque transmitting purposes. Clamping means is also provided for axially clamping the wheel hub to the outer joint part, the clamping means being axially supported on the wheel hub and on the outer joint part 22. At least one of the two face toothings is provided such that the first and second teeth, when clamping together the assembly, contact one another first on the radial outside and, as the clamping operation progresses, also on the radial inside.
