摘要: Provided is a visual inspection device including: an image pickup unit configured to pick up an image of a surface of an object to be inspected; a posture control unit configured to change a posture of the object to be inspected with respect to the image pickup unit; a storage unit having stored therein a learning result obtained by machine learning using a defective product sample image, the defective product sample image being generated by combining a defect portion image prepared in advance with a non-defective product image of the object to be inspected at a combination position obtained by referring to three-dimensional data corresponding to the object to be inspected tilted so as to form a posture angle set in advance; and an inspection unit configured to inspect the surface of the object to be inspected based on a picked-up image picked up at the posture angle by the image pickup unit and on the learning result.

摘要: A shock absorber includes a cylinder, a sleeve provided so as to surround the outer circumferential surface of the cylinder, the cylinder formed of a different material from a material for the cylinder, first and second springs provided along the outer circumferential surface of the sleeve, and a slider provided between the first spring and the second spring, and capable of being displaced in an axel direction. The materials for the cylinder and the sleeve are a combination of materials that causes corrosion due to a contact of either one of those with the other one of those. A corrosion inhibitor is provided which suppresses an occurrence of corrosion on the cylinder or on the sleeve. In one embodiment, the materials are metals.

摘要: An electric power steering apparatus according to the present invention includes a first control device that is capable of controlling a first actuator of a steering device, a second control device that is capable of controlling a second actuator of the steering device, and a third control device that is capable of switching connection to, and disconnection from, at least one of the first actuator and the second actuator. When a failure occurs in the first control device, the first control device is disconnected from the first actuator, and the third control device is connected to the first actuator. When a failure occurs in the second control device, the second control device is disconnected from the second actuator, and the third control device is connected to the second actuator. In this way, even when a failure occurs in one of a plurality of control devices, reduction in total output of electric motors can be prevented.

摘要: A steer-by-wire control device according to the present invention includes a control device that controls a first motor that operates a steering wheel of a vehicle and a second motor that controls steering operation of a wheel. Before making a transition to an automatic driving mode of the vehicle, the control device applies input torque to the steering wheel by the first motor in a forward rotation direction and a backward rotation direction of rotation directions of the first motor, acquires behavior information of the steering wheel obtained by application of the input torque, and determines whether or not to estimate a control parameter of the steering wheel based on the behavior information. The behavior information includes at least one of a value of a rotation angle of a steering wheel and a value obtained by time-differentiating a rotation angle.
