    摘要: A hot gas bypass circuit that connects a discharge side of the compressor and a portion between the heat source side heat exchanger and the expansion valve, an on-off valve that opens and closes a channel of the hot gas bypass circuit, and a control device performing control to select one of hot gas bypass defrosting and reverse cycle defrosting according to a frosting amount on the heat source side heat exchanger and perform defrosting. The control device controls to open the on-off valve of the hot gas bypass circuit such that a part of a refrigerant discharged from the compressor is supplied to the heat source side heat exchanger via the hot gas bypass circuit and, the control device switches switch the four-way valve such that the refrigerant discharged from the compressor is supplied to the heat source side heat exchanger after passing through the four-way valve.

    摘要: An air conditioning apparatus suppresses an increase in power consumption associated with a reduction in start-stop frequency of a compressor. The air conditioning apparatus includes an outdoor unit equipped with a compressor and a plurality of indoor units connected with the outdoor unit and has a control device that performs thermo-off and thermo-on control such that a suction air temperature of the indoor unit falls within a predetermined temperature range with a set temperature defined as a reference. The control device detects the suction air temperatures of the indoor units, and, in a case where a sum total of air conditioning capacities of the indoor units, the suction air temperatures of which are between the set temperature and the thermo-off temperature, is at least a predetermined value, makes at least one indoor unit, the suction air temperatures of which are between the set temperature and the thermo-off temperature, forcedly thermo-off.

    摘要: In a revolution type compressor using a balance weight for balancing a rotating mass, the effect of oil churn reduction is enhanced, and compressor input is reduced. A balance weight fixed to a drive shaft between a rotor of an electric motor 4 and a compression mechanism includes a weight portion in a substantially semicircular column shape for balancing a rotating mass, a cover portion which is substantially semi-cylindrical and has an opening in the vicinity of a top and bottom at an opposite side in a radial direction from the weight portion, and a hollow space surrounded by the weight portion and the cover portion. Further, a space for discharging oil is provided between the balance weight and the rotor. By the structure, reduction in oil churn, and reduction in input of the compressor are realized, and the compressor with less power consumption is obtained.

    摘要: The inside of a sealed container (50) of a horizontal scroll compressor is partitioned by a partition plate (80) into a space in which a compressor mechanism section and an electric motor are contained and into a discharge space (84) in which a discharge pipe (52) and an oil supply pump (70) are contained. An upper communication path (85) and a path guide member (81) are provided in the upper part of the partition plate, and a refrigerant gas passes through the upper communication path (85). The path guide member is located below the discharge pipe (52), is extended to a position near a side surface of the sealed container, and has a path area greater than the path area of the discharge pipe. The construction causes the refrigerant gas to collide with the side surface of the sealed container, promoting separation of oil, and even if the oil is re-dispersed by a gas flow, the construction reduces flow directly leading to the discharge pipe.

    摘要: A scroll compressor is provided in which the amount of lubricant oil supply is appropriately controlled over a low to high rotational frequency range of the scroll compressor. The scroll compressor has an oil supply unit and an oil supply passage. The oil supply unit includes a small hole with a diameter not exceeding a seal ring width of the sealing part and a groove which are formed on the end plate of the boss portion on the back side of the orbiting scroll. As the orbiting scroll orbitally moves, oil in the high pressure hydraulic chamber pools in the small hole to be discharged, across the seal ring, into the back pressure chamber. The oil supply passage communicates between the high pressure hydraulic chamber and the back pressure chamber.

A compressor and a motor section with stator having coil ends and a rotor, are housed within an enclosed vessel partitioned into discharge and motor chambers by a frame. The compressor section has a stationary scroll having a spiral wrap standing upright at a disk-like panel and an orbiting scroll having a spiral wrap standing upright at a disk-like panel, made to mesh with each other while their wraps face the inside. The orbiting scroll sucks helium gas from a suction port of an outer peripheral portion of the stationary scroll, and discharges helium gas into the discharge chamber from a discharge port of a central portion of the stationary scroll. An inverter controls a number of rotations of the motor section, wherein a plurality of varnish-treated layers which becomes insulating films is formed on the surface of a coil which constitutes the coil ends.

The second injecting port is placed in parallel in a radius direction with respect to the first injecting port and is placed so that an orbiting scroll wrap does not practically communicate with the orbiting outer compression chamber in the state in which the orbiting scroll wrap is in contact with the outer side of a fixed scroll wrap.
