    摘要: The apparatus has a rotating body 11 in an irradiation processing chamber 10. Outside the rotating body 11, plural retaining mechanisms 2 are installed at regular interval to retain open-mouthed containers. Above the conveying path, an electron beam generating means 40 is arranged. The rotating body 11 has a rotary shaft 12 that penetrates into the electron beam generating means 40. On the rotary shaft 12, a grid plate 45 of an electron beam source 41 of the electron beam generating means 40 is rotatively installed. On the grid plate 45, plural emission holes 46 are provided at the same interval as that of the retaining mechanisms 2 on the rotating body 11. In an predetermined irradiation area, the emission holes 46 and a irradiation windows 43 on the irradiation processing chamber 10 and the retaining mechanism 2 for holding the container are aligned approximately on the same axes.

    摘要: An insulating spacer 10 includes a molded insulator 11 having a central conductor 12. The molded insulator 11 part is disposed between the flanges 1A, 2A of metal containers 1, 2 and is coupled by through bolts 5. The peripheral dimension of the molded insulator 11 is smaller than the flanges 1A, 2A, and the insulating spacer 10 is provided with a thin section 11A, one lateral side of which is formed into a thin ring shape. A ring-shaped metal fitting 14 having a cross-sectional L-shape is fitted onto the thin section 11A of the molded insulator 11, the ring-shaped metal fitting 14 defining the dimensions of the space between the flanges 1A, 2A and forming a current path between the metal containers 1, 2. The ring-shaped metal fitting 14 is affixed to the thin section 11A of the molded insulator 11 by multiple tightening bolts 15.

    摘要: A circuit breaker of different interruption speeds, and a spring operation mechanism is standardized for designing and manufacturing the circuit breaker. The circuit breaker has a power transmission mechanism for driving a movable contact 63 and a fixed contact 64 and an interruption spring 26 that imparts a driving force to separate the contacts through the power transmission mechanism. A latch mechanism restricts movement of the power transmission mechanism, and a pull-out operation section releases the restriction of the power transmission mechanism by the latch mechanism. The pull-out operation section is arranged to oppose a first arm of a lever to rotate the first arm. The lever is arranged so that a tip of a second arm is able to engage with and rest on the latch mechanism, and release the restriction of the power transmission mechanism by the latch mechanism.

    摘要: A gas-insulated apparatus is equipped with multiple sensors for sensing a partial discharge signal caused by a foreign substance, and a frequency analyzing section for analyzing the frequency of the sensed partial discharge signal. A defect type judging section estimates the defect type of the foreign substance from the signal obtained through the frequency analysis or from the voltage phase distribution of partial discharge synchronized with the frequency of the voltage applied to the gas-insulated apparatus, and a location determining section estimates the defect location and signal intensity from the multiple partial discharge signals. A defect size calculating section estimates the defect size for each defect type from the signal intensity and field distribution at the defect location. Dielectric breakdown risk evaluation is performed based on the defect size and type, and the insulation failure risk is diagnosed from the partial discharge.

    摘要: A large-capacity vacuum circuit breaker that can increase a current shutdown capacity and enables its rated current to be increased includes at least two vacuum circuit breaker units placed side by side and connected in parallel. The two vacuum circuit breaker units are operated by a single common operating unit to concurrently perform current shutdown operations. Each vacuum circuit breaker unit has a vertical magnetic field generating means for generating a vertical magnetic field when an operation to shut down current is performed. The vertical magnetic field generating means is formed by vertical magnetic field electrodes provided in a vacuum container of each of the vacuum circuit breaker unit units or by an external coil provided on the outer circumference of each vacuum container.

    摘要: Disclosed is a gas-insulated switchgear device, in which a space for dismantlement and inspection work which facilitates the dismantlement and inspection work of circuit breakers at the time of the occurrence of accidents of the circuit breakers are provided and an installation area for the gas-insulated switchgear device can be reduced.The gas-insulated switchgear device includes a pair of spaced apart main bus lines, three circuit breakers connected between the main bus lines, a common space for dismantlement and inspection work provided between two of the three circuit breakers, and branch bus lines provided above the common dismantlement and inspection work space using the common dismantlement and inspection work space and disposed in such a manner that insulatedly leading-out directions of the branch bus lines cross in order to balance voltage. Even if the three circuit breakers are disposed along axial directions of the main bus lines, the dismantlement and inspection work space can be also used for arranging of the branch bus lines, whereby an installation area for the gas-insulated switchgear device can be reduced in a juxtaposition direction of the circuit breakers.
