摘要： A dental cheek and tongue retracting device and method for retaining in a fixed position within a mouth of a user includes a pad being used in a dental procedure. The pad is made of a cotton material and the pad is soft within a mouth of a user wherein providing comfort. A triangular shape of the pad includes a plurality of sides thus each of the sides is a flat surface. The flat surface of each of the sides assists in retaining the pad within a fixed position within the mouth of the first user. Furthermore, a plurality of points of the pad is a junction between the plurality of sides of the triangular shape of the pad.
