摘要: An aerosol generator includes a container and an atomizing module arranged in the container. The container has a liquid chamber and an aerosol chamber respectively arranged at two opposite sides of the atomizing module. The atomizing module includes an annular vibration plate, a microporous member, and a circuit board. The vibration plate has a first hole, and the microporous member is disposed on the vibration plate and covers the first hole. The circuit board is electrically coupled to an electrical contact of the vibration plate. The circuit board is arranged at one side of at least part of the vibration plate, and the circuit board and the at least part of the vibration plate have a gap there-between. A projected region defined by orthogonally projecting the circuit board onto a plane overlapping with the electrical contact partially covers the least part of the vibration plate.

摘要: A cooling module includes a casing with a thermal-transmittance wall having an interior surface and an exterior surface, a coolant inlet, a vapor outlet, and a converting component with a plurality of orifices and dividing an interior of the casing into a coolant chamber and a vaporization chamber. A liquid coolant is ejected through the plurality of orifices to form plumes toward the interior surface of the thermal-transmittance wall and exchange heat with the thermal-transmittance wall resulting in coolant vapor. In a cooling system, a vapor conduit then carries the vapor to a condenser, and a coolant conduit returns the condensed coolant to the cooling module. The cooling system is used to cool a lamp device.

摘要: A nozzle plate and an atomizing module using the nozzle plate are disclosed. The atomizing module is installed at a cavity and includes a piezoelectric circular plate, a braking circular plate and a nozzle plate. The braking circular plate is installed on a side of the piezoelectric circular plate. The nozzle plate is a circular disc clamped between the piezoelectric circular plate and the braking circular plate, and the nozzle plate includes firing holes and first protrusions. Each first protrusion is non-circular and protruded in a direction towards the piezoelectric circular plate or the braking circular plate to form a multi-curved surface structure radially or circularly arranged into a specific geometric pattern. The nozzle plate can increase the atomizing area, atomizing quantity and liquid-gas exchange rate to prevent excessive stresses from concentrating at the center of the nozzle plate or vibrations from cracking or breaking the nozzle plate.

摘要: A nebulizer and a storage device are provided. The nebulizer includes a casing, an atomization module fixed to the casing, a rotating module rotatably assembled to the casing, a linking module assembled to the rotating module, and a locking module. The linking module is configured to be connected to a bottom of the container bottle, and the starting module is configured to drive the nebulizer by being pushed, thereby enabling liquid in the container bottle to be atomized toward an outside of the nebulizer through the atomization module in an atomization process. The locking module is configured to be connected to a bottom of the container bottle. When the nebulizer completes a predetermined number of times of the atomization process, the locking mechanism is moved toward the casing and is then limited to restrict an operation of the nebulizer. Accordingly, after the nebulizer completes the predetermined number of times of the atomization process, the locking module can restrict rotation of the rotating module for preventing the nebulizer from using the container bottle arranged therein.

摘要: A method and a circuit system for driving a nebulizer are provided. When the nebulizer receives acoustic waves, a control circuit extracts audio signals from the acoustic waves. Afterwards, the control circuit determines if the audio signals are within a predetermined frequency range, and can determine whether or not to drive a circuit to produce an aerosol based on the audio signals. Further, a volume of the acoustic waves can also be used to determine whether or not to produce the aerosol, and also determine an output rate of the aerosol. The circuit system of the nebulizer includes an audio receiver for receiving the acoustic waves, an aerosol generator for producing the aerosol, and the control circuit used to control a driving circuit of the aerosol generator to drive a vibrational element to produce the aerosol through vibration in response to the audio signals and the volume.
