摘要: A calculation engine of a database management system is described. In some implementations, the calculation engine receives a calculation scenario including a plurality of calculation views comprising one or more relational operations. The calculation engine determines whether a first calculation view includes a second calculation view configured as an operand of one of the relational operations of the first calculation view, and also determines whether the second calculation view comprises a non-relational operation. The calculation engine further converts the plurality of calculation views into a calculation plan via merging the first calculation view with the second calculation view when the first calculation view is determined to comprise the second calculation view as an operand, and replacing the second calculation view with a view search operation when the second calculation view is determined to comprise the non-relational operation. Related systems, methods, and articles of manufacture are also described.

摘要: Embodiments relate to systems and methods that improve the definition of semantic domains within incoming data, and accurately distribute data over those defined domains. In a particular embodiment, company-specific terminology and data governance (d.g.) domains are used to define “highly semantically loaded” terms within an incoming linguistic data corpus having existing semantic domains assigned thereto. Analyzing distribution patterns of such highly semantically loaded terms across the incoming linguistic data (and/or across the d.g. domains) enhances the accuracy of assignment of semantical domains and distribution of the data across these domains. Such improved semantic domains can improve operation of computers tasked with downstream processing of the linguistic data—e.g., by Natural Language Processing (NLP).

摘要: Embodiments determine change points within received time series data exhibiting a natural trend. A first candidate change point comprising an earlier time and a first value, and a second candidate change point comprising a later time and a second value, are received with the time series data. A rule is executed upon the first candidate change point to calculate a first score, and executed upon the second candidate change point to calculate a second score. The rule comprises a primary criterion for a change direction relative to the natural trend, a secondary criterion for a change position within the time series data, and a tertiary criterion for a change magnitude. The first score is compared to the second score to select the first candidate change point or the second candidate change point as a determined change point. The determined change point is stored for use in subsequent data analysis.

摘要: Systems and processes for managing authorizations for multiple vendors at an enterprise service are provided. Responsive to a request to onboard an authorization for access to data resources of a targeted vendor, a central management server may receive, from an authorization server for the targeted vendor, authorization information. The authorization information may be received indirectly, via a security token service. 摘要: Embodiments may facilitate event processing for an ABAP platform. A business object data store may include a RAP model, including a behavior definition, for a business object. A framework may automatically transform the behavior definition of the RAP model into a producer event via an event binding and a cloud event standardized format. Information about the producer event may then be passed to an ABAP application associated with a pre-configured destination at an enterprise business technology platform. In some embodiments, a standalone API enterprise hub data store may contain an event specification. An ABAP development tenant of a business technology platform may automatically parse the event specification and translate the parsed information into high-level programming language structures that reflect an event type at runtime. An event consumption model may then be generated based on the event type.
