    摘要: An electric axle for a vehicle, including an electric motor, a reduction gear section, a torque-distributing differential and two output shafts, where the electric motor, the torque-distributing differential and the two output shafts are disposed coaxially with a main transmission axis, and where the electric motor generates a drive torque which is reduced by the reduction gear section and distributed to the two output shafts via the torque-distributing differential, and further including a differential mechanism. The torque-distributing differential is designed as a planetary differential, and the differential mechanism is operatively connected to the torque-distributing differential via a shaft means disposed coaxially with the main transmission axis. The differential mechanism makes it possible to vary a speed difference and/or torque difference between the output shafts.

Aging of the rolling element bearings used to support the rotor is prevented, while at the same time minimizing the emission of electromagnetic waves, in that the wheel hub motor includes a—rotor,—a hub (1), —a wheel bearing having a first bearing ring (2) which is non-rotatably and electrically conductively connected to the hub (1), and a second bearing ring (3) which is non-rotatably and electrically conductively connected to the rotor, and—a contact element (4) for creating an electrically conductive connection between said bearing rings (2, 3), the contact element (4) being supported against the hub (1) via a spring (6) and has a pressure contact with a potential equalization element (5) that is non-rotatably and electrically conductively connected to the second bearing ring (3).

    摘要: In a method for monitoring a state of a safety bearing of a rotor shaft of a machine, with the rotor shaft being supported by a magnetic bearing and the safety bearing having an outer ring and an inner ring arranged for rotation with respect to the outer ring, the rotor shaft of the machine is caught with the safety bearing when the magnetic bearing of the machine fails. The magnetic bearing is witched off for monitoring the state of the safety bearing. The rotor shaft is rotated with the machine under control of a higher-ranking controller by using a defined motion sequence, and a physical variable of the safety bearing is measured with a sensor.

Using the centrifugal pendulum device, or vibration equalization device, proposed here, it is possible in a small construction space using efficient means to isolate an extended frequency range of vibrations from the drivetrain. In particular with drive units which are designed as internal combustion engines having activatable cylinders, it is possible, using the centrifugal pendulum device proposed here to achieve a vibration isolation for many states of the drive unit.
